Tracey Wilkes: Halfords merryhill was brilliant Wayne & Charlie were brilliant had a load of problems with online order which should have been delivered but didn't turn up. They did more than what they needed to do to help. The only problem was the rubbish help centres you call put you on hold then cut you off after 10mins not only once but 3 times really frustrating . But thank you to staff merryhill you were brill.

Paul Fletcher: It was not without its problems firstly the staff at Bromsgrove beach where the problem was initially reported were far from helpfulOn reporting to customer services again initial complaint was not even logged It was only after finally breaking down attended by the AA breakdown service who issued a full report stating that the Battery was indeed defective that proved effective Again customer services stating after starting yet another case file had stated that it was all sorted and retail outlet at Merry Hill notified of my impending arrival for a Battery replacement Upon arrival they said they had received no such communication It is all so sadly unprofessional and so lacking in CUSTOMER Service!!

Steven Simmons: Great customer service the lady at the bike counter was really helpful and happy to help answer any questions I had about my new electric bike and helped me with my cycle to work order as I had under spent so she added the bike care package to make it up to total. I will definitely be going back to this store in future for any future purchases

Roger Jones: I purchased a pair of sidelights for my car and paid for a fitting.Once I collected the items I had to wait for about 20 minutes for a fitter be available which i thought was a reasonable amount of time.The fitter was friendly and once he had fitted the two light bulbs made sure I tested the lights to check that they working - which they were of course! I have used the fitting service for a brake light at another Halfords branch and the service was also very good.
