The Climbing Unit Ltd: what do users think?

Chris Pro: Love going there and learning all the different levels of climbing

Jordan Lefebvre: A great climbing gym that has a variety of different bouldering problems that are suitable for both beginner and experienced climbers.

Brendan McAteer: One of my favourite places to climb. Amazing route setting. Friendly staff. Not too far from the centre, decent location. Really just love coming here

John Oshaughnessy: sick gym, great music, please stop inviting Richard winters to set. His setting is unimaginative and dangerous.

Ben Whitmore: The place that got me into climbing. A good range of climbs, in terms of difficulty and type, which are frequently changed. A well run local competition scene. Recent extension of bouldering space, and refurbishment of walls. The unit is one of the best locations in the Midlands.

Charles Dunning: Great bouldering. Friendly and helpful staff and lots of psyche

Kai Kryger: Really loved the wide variety of climbs, wall features and grades. I definitely would recommend it to anyone interested in getting into bouldering.

Remy P: Great climbing center. No ropes anymore, just bouldering. But I think it will be an improvement. Good variation of angle and style. Good on site parking.

Harry Howitt: The best place in Derby for indoor bouldering!

Sarah Trouse: and kids clubs. Comp nights are fun too.

Muscy: Great vibe, rugularly changing routes, comps and events.

Phil Kavanagh: 1st visit with the Grand kids & they loved it. Booked the toddler session which offered a combination of climbing & Softplay. Dom was great with the kids really encouraging them. Will definitely be back.

Jonathan Richardson: Great value and brilliant staff.

Hannah Franklin: Great place. The play centre needs softer mats down saw to many little kids fall of the frame and hurt themselves but overall great!

Hannah Kiss: Great place for the kids! Took my two last week and they loved it. Jay especially was brilliant, he took the time to speak to my boys, made them laugh and made sure they knew what they were doing. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Will be bringing them back soon! Thanks to Jay and the team.

Laura Delavan: This was our first time here, and Jaymez was amazing! He was super helpful and made sure we knew what we were doing so we could have a great time!

David Baker: this week. The team were friendly and helpful to children and adult alike, both of whom were climbing for the first time.Teo in particular was really helpful in helping my child gain confidence in climbing up the wall by himself, which we really appreciated. The soft play and cafe is an added bonus, meaning we had a really nice family experience here. Will definitely be back.

Ama: Soft play area is great for toddlers! Not too big so you can keep an eye on them from the seating area.Only thing I didn't like is the toilets were dirty, water all over the floor and didn't smell clean.

George Shore: Great place to take the kids at the weekend or on half term. They had so much fun on the climbing walls and in the soft play, It’s also great as an adult doing the climbing.
