I myself have been waiting since 10 am for a call bk i was promised today retarted to be honest its disgusting unprofessional upsetting way to run a company that says they love animals you need to be shut down in my point of view for good

RSPCA Derby: what do users think?
joan weir: Lovely staff, so caring of the animals they take care of
urbanizedblade: Really concerned. I rang these about a dog who gets fought and mistreated, been going on for quite a while now months. because I couldn't see the dog directly they aren't bothered.
Andrea Ruckwardt: No interest of rehousing to appropriate people only in makings money
Steve Man: Love it recoment every day
Azlan Babaa: Nice
Rachey Cane: Had my hamster cremated here and everyone was so lovely and treated the situation with such care and respect. We got a lovely engraved box with him in and it took about 2 weeks to get him back
Elise Devoe: My family have had many good experiences with this organisation. I support the RSPCA store in BELPER.
Katie Sev: Couldn't fault! Everyone is very friendly and it's clear everyone's aim is to help the animals!
Caitlin: Brilliant rehoming centre. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Animals are well cared for while they wait to find their forever homes. Thank you for what you do!
doug pykett: We were made very welcome, the cattery is very clean, the staff are very friendly, and we came away with a lovely kitten, thank you vert much.
Karl Glendo: Can't speak highly enough of these people. Paid and volunteers alike. Awesome work. Adopt a pet and give an animal a second chance at happiness.
Sean Cunningham: Nothing to rant and rave about they need to get a grip
Tina Baker: Staff obviously cared about the animals they were looking after. Everywhere was clean and well maintained.
John spencer: Adopted a lovely little boy aged 9 called Rusty, only been a few days so far so good.Would recommend this Centre if anyone is considering adopting a pet.
Helen Dickens: Had to re-home one of my dogs and the staff were so friendly and supportive. It was the hardest decision I have ever had to make. I left there feeling confident that my dog would be well cared for and a good home would be found.
1111: After last dog passed at 14yo, went in here. This lot made it so hard getting a dog that ended up going online instead. Judging by their attitude, they obviously have far more potential owners than they have dogs.
Jeffrey micheal Bird: Very Friendly Caring staff would highly reccomend . Kind regards Jeffrey Bird
Vanessa Black: I got my beautiful dog there, Bracken 5 years ago, shes a fantastic dog. They are fantastic staff, found it a really good process, they made it a so easy. I visited Bracken twice before I made my mind up as she was so nervous which is understandable when you've been given up on, when I got her I knew we'd made the right choice, we love her so much. Only get a dog if you can give them 100 % they take alot of time and energy they are not to be left alone all day. Always best to save a dog from these guys.
Jamie Kidd: When I came in with a cat. the cat with no teeth it came bk it eyes are getting bad
alex: nice
A Knotstogether: A magnificent establishment with amazing staff who go above and beyond caring for animals ❤

Cats Protection - Nottingham Adoption Centre: what do users think?
Neil Smith: Found 2 newborn kittens abandoned in my garden took them on my way to work before they opened and asked for help. We'll I must say they couldn't do enough to help very friendly and caring people, I would highly recommend this place. Thanks to all the staff there that helped.
mac: Polite friendly service
martin cooper-james: Great place friendly people 😊😊😊😊
Jill Baxter: Just dropped some cat food off for them. The staff I saw were lovely and very appreciative of the food.
Katie Burris: Absolutely fantastic charity!
howard dunn: Really helpfull and clean and tidy. Worth visiting.
Patrick Fitzgerald: A fantastic sanctuary for cats needing adoption. Fully endorsed and recommended if you're looking for a new furry feline friend!
Richard Le Mare: Very friendly and welcoming kind staff
Jasmin Mayes: Whilst visiting Kimberley Nottinghamshire today I made a wrong turning and found myself at the Kimberley branch. As cat owners to 6 cats, my nearly 9 year old always wants to put a donation in cats protection and PDSA charity boxes when she sees these. As she spotted the cats protection as we were outside she asked if she could pop her pocket money from her grandad through the letter box. This little girl has spent 5 days out of the last week in and out of hospital due to ongoing issues meaning she is struggling to walk yet is still thinking of others. We got out to do so but spotted a Fairy tree there so we had a quick look at this before posting the donation. Around 1 minute later the man from the cats protection came out hurling abuse at us for parking at the cats protection. I understand his frustrations as I am sure this does happen often and I said straight away that we will be moving the car but he did not let me continue as he was too busy abusing us. This is appalling behaviour especially Infront of a child who is now very distressed by this.
Ana Frotus: Incredible help rehoming my cat. Very professional
The Little Eliza: Cats Protection were very helpful when it came to re-homing one of my cats. I was absolutely heartbroken to give my cat up as my cats wasn't getting along and they were so lovely and supportive towards me.
Matthew Holden: Really happy with what these people do to help the lives of rescued cats. I got my cat Phyllis from here and he is the loveliest boy. He's 17 and still going strong, just like a kitten that never grew up. Here is a photo of me and him.
margaret erskine: I've adopted 5 cats in all from this location, and wouldnt go anywhere else. Moscow and Ozzy were adopted late June and they are delightful. The staff are superb and caring.
Alan T: Got my new cat from here brilliant place
Rachel Lewis: Adopted a wonderful cat last week. Very impressed with how well cared for the cats are and how helpful the staff were, can't recommend enough.
Graham Clarke: Always helpful
Mary Coakley: Amazing place. So caring. Bubble had slight cystitis and they kept her an extra 10 days just to be sure she was clear. God forbid anything should happen Bubble i would not think twice about going back.
john bullen: Great charity doing good work for unwanted kittens and cats. If you want a cat they neuter or spay, and chip and ensure they are clear of disease, worms.
Shauna Ford: Get a cat from their nice people who care with a passion l
Serena Lindsay: Small and entire but very welcoming and informative about the cats in their care
Danny Rowson: Great place for a great cause

Sunita P: Tasha is amazing and looked after my two rag dolls with such great care! It was the first time with Meow Hotel and it won’t be the last. What has astounded me is one of my cats is a rescue who is super timid. 9 days later, he’s meowing and full of love. I cannot express my gratitude enough for Tasha’s magical work and care! Also we received Christmas gifts for the cats and they had a delicious Christmas dinner. Thank you so so much Meow Hotel x
Faith Loveday: Great Cattery and friendly staff! It was nice to be updated with photos on Facebook so I could see how she was getting on. The booking system was easy to use and the email confirmation assured me it was booked. Came back home to a happy cat!
Lesley Osgathorpe (Lady Jane): I use the cattery regularly when going on holiday. The staff are very efficient friendly and helpful and the premises are clean and well organized. A big plus is its proximity to St Leonard's Vets who are on hand should your animal become sick.
Carmen Nash: Very friendly service with lovely customer service and excellent services ❤❤🐈

Sherman was very happy and even more importantly, their Instagram page was updated regularly which is very comforting for us.Many thanks Natasha and Meow Hotel, we will definitely be back!

Nicole M: My cat Muffin had a 6 night stay last week and everyone was so lovely and friendly. Great to see pictures whilst you're away too Would definitely highly recommend and we'll be returning in future! Thank you for looking after Muffin. 😊
John Williams: She hates going but I know she's in fantastic hands......great staff, very friendly, definitely recommend.
Dan Waters: Dropped our cat off and was pleased to see how friendly the staff were with the cats. The accommodation looks good and secure
Aileen Elsbury: Extremely reasonable rates for the service that we got! Rumble and Frenzy were well looked after, even though they are very shy. We were treated to a post of them on Social Media, and it was great to know that the vets is right next door, should the unthinkable happen. We will be using Meow Hotel for any more long holidays!
Jan Perry: Not the cheapest but my two Persians were well looked after. I would definitely use them again for the peace of mind I get
Natasha M: My cat Frieda has stayed at Meow Hotel on a number of occasions and she is always relaxed and happy when she comes home, she has no signs of stress or that she's been uncomfortable which previously I had observed when I boarded her with another cattery. The little cat enclosures are clean and cosy and the staff are loving and caring towards the cats and other small animals left in their care. Regular photos and updates are posted online and as an animal-parent you are made to feel very reassured that all is well. I would recommend Meow Hotel to anybody looking for a friendly caring boarding home from home. Also it's very good and reassuring to know the wonderful Saint Leonards Vets are on hand IF there was ever need for medical assistance 😊

Alison white: Only place I take my cats!
dave johnson: Went to look round and paid £20 deposit for our cat to stay and then our holidays got cancelled we ask for our deposit back (which was over two weeks until our cat was going to stay) and as stated on the leaflet deposit were only returned if over a week. On phoning was told that because we had been shown round we could not have a refund and it was in the terms and conditions which we were never shown or given..... disgusting £20 to be shown round

RSPCA Chesterfield & North Derbyshire Branch: what do users think?
Jessika Brown: Nice, clean environment. No awful smell of animal waste. Wish more places with cats were as clean as this. Staff were pleasant to.
Sarah Goodman: An amazing rescue and wonderful place for the animals to stay whilst waiting for their forever home.
Denis Price: Since the fantastic £2.1m rebuild, this is now a fabulous state of the art facility. As always, providing exceptional care, to animals in need of a new home. A charity which would appreciate and is worthy of your support.
Nigel Leeson: Great service and very welcoming. Outstanding.
Yax: Spotlessly clean lovely environment
Melvin Mellors: They don't answer the phone. So if you've an animal in distress it's had it.
David Froggatt: Excellent staff, beautiful dog's and puppies. Nothing is to much trouble
Elizabeth Greaves: Excellent
Nick Higgett: No real help for emergency calls out of office hours 😬
SUSAN Appleby: Saw Swan on Chesterfield canal with a fish hook line and lure hanging out of its mouth. Struggled for quite a while to find a number to ring. Said to go to different web sites which didn't help me at all, VERY confusing!!!I finished off just ringing RSPCA and they gave me another number to ring. At last spoke to a lady who was really helpful with a positive 'can do' attitude. She took lots of information and the Swan has gone missing. Hopefully they have taken it to remove the fishing tackle and bring it back well and happy.
David Stopps: Over the years we have adopted in total 2 dogs and 3 cats from the Chesterfield branch of the RSPCA. They do great work, friendly staff and very helpful. The new centre is bright, warm and welcoming. Rescue animals are not animals with problems, just animals needing a good home!
Lou Ann Mare: Such a beautiful and clean Shelter.
Jane Harrison: Well what can I say, they were fantastic from start to finish so much patience and time for me.Jane I must comment on fantastic lady 👏 👌 👍 😀As you can see I have adopted one special lady
john a: very helpful staff made the adoption process smooth and simple
Mary Rowley: Friendly staff and very helpful in advising on pet adoption. 😊
Jan Lewis: Benji the Parson Russell Terrier, came to live with us last week. It was a bit like an arranged marriage, as we had only seen him by photo then videos, because of Covid restrictions. Likewise the home visit, was by video. Benji was delivered to us, and we instantly fell in love with him. He is a young dog full of character, and full of love, and has settled in really well with us.He was in good physical condition, and obviously during his stay, well looked after.I would certainly recommend RSPCA Chesterfield, as a caring and professional organisation, and thank them for allowing Benji to come and live with us.UPDATE 15 months on from adoption.Benji has proven to be a talented little star. His amazing ability to learn new things, took us along the Trick Dog training route.Benji flew through his Trick Dog Titles, then became a Champion followed by becoming a Grand Champion in July. He is only the second Parson Russell Terrier in the World to achieve this Title.Rescue dogs have so much to give, never under estimate them because they are a rescue. Benji has enhanced our lives, in ways we never thought would happen, we love him to bits!
jason parker: Service was great but they vaccinate the pups but you can't get the same vaccination meds from any other vets and RSPCA will not give them there second vacs, so we have to start again now.
Bett: Just adopted the most wonderful staffie from RSPCA ChesterfieldStaff and volunteers are amazing and the newly refurbished facilities are brilliant.
Roy Frisby: Staff kind and helpful
richard horsfield: My local branch were no help at all, they just gave me a phone number to call. The number I called were also unhelpful. That's the last time I'll try to use them, as they were particularly unhelpful, and wasted a lot of my time. If I see an injured animal again, I will not waste my time calling the RSPCA.
Sarah Cross: Well looked after dogs great staff
