Adam Mason: The best training / exercise classes in Coventry. Nothing beats the atmosphere and motivation that Revs offers. Incredible staff, great circuit classes and fantastic people to train alongside. Revolution is more like a family. Once you try it you wouldn't be without it.

Josh: Great team, been here for the last 6 months and have really noticed a difference in my strength and energy levels. The classes have a lot of variety, learning skills that I'd never think to do by myself but have helped with other exercises, the coaches have been great. Will, Matt and Jake especially have been incredible in pushing me when I didn't have anything left in the tank, breaking down movements so they're easy to digest and give 1-1 coaching even in the classes. Will has been my PT since the start and has been mindful of injuries and even focusing on these areas to strengthen and I've regained alot of confidence in my bodies functionality. Dal Kaur: One of the best gyms i’ve been to. If you have goals in mind, you’ll definitely achieve them here with help from the coaches. There is a wealth a knowledge and experience between all the coaches. I’ve been at Wildcard for a few years now attending the PT sessions with Jake. When I first started I explained my anxiety going to gyms and not understanding workouts to meet my goals. He listened and worked with me to build my strength and confidence. All programs are tailored to what i want to work on and I’m achieving all the goals we set. Jake also takes into account my martial arts training and includes exercises into programs which can transfer across. It’s a great gym with a friendly inclusive atmosphere. Definitely recommend coming here to train.

luke: I joined forward movement to take part in Dannys 6 week challenge. Forward movement was recommended to me by a friend and I am very glad to have followed through and joined. Training at forward movement made working out easy and really helped me with self motivation. I now have the tools to take my training further and the confidence to train on my own. A big thing that Danny helped with was nutrition, he makes nutrition simple and it doesn't feel like you are dieting but just makes you concious as to what you are eating.
