A Black: A great store with lots of ranges to help with home improvements,especially in the garden and decorating areas.
Aa Gg: Very impressed with their garden centre, looks good as you walk out, and a nice range of plants.

Robert H: Need to up their game compared to B&Q. Pretty thin for some DIY items and garden centre part is lame. Not sure if this really wants to be a DIY store or more homewares. Someone in charge of homebase needs to decide because it's doesn't do either that well at the moment.

CoolsitesChris CP: Homebase has a nice variety of products, ranging from such thing's as sofas, chairs tables and even fencing and plants. However every time I have gone to the garden section, most of the plant are unfortunately dead but rhey do have a good range of plants available. They have a good range of ornaments for your garden such as gnomes and statues. They have a good section for tools and appliances.
G: Got DIY stuff wanted - very happy - I think ahead of doing work...
Lynn Whitmore: Friendly customer service, got what we came for (paint), plenty of parking. However very untidy and chaotic with too much stuff everywhere for an all round positive experience.

Fariborz E: This store is usually very good and staff are great and helpful but on this occasion I had a different experience.There was this indecisive customer in front of me at the till who was taking a very long time to decide which product to choose. Both a member of staff and the manager(she) were helping this difficult customer. However, after my request to pay on another till, the manager refused to open the other till to serve me and other frustrated customer behind me.I wish shops like this recognise the importance of customer service. They must provide a great service otherwise they have no business.

I kept thinking am too late, am too late. I wanted to cry..... THEN, the flowers arrived!! oh, my, god, they look absolutely stunning. Like somebody threw a multi coloured paint palate at my garden. The bees and ladybirds love them. And, so do I. Thank you Mole seeds. Will be back next year, EARLY xx

John Moreland: Order never arrived and when contacted was met with they are not responsible for the post office.Told to ring back if did not arrive. After checking with trading standards and informing them that i was legally entitled to a replacement or refund and it is their obligation to enquire with the post office i was told a replacement order would be sent and with the help of a Mr Aldsworth it arrived the next day for which i am grateful. Unfortunately it had a £3 under postage fee to pay. I appreciate the full 10 working day period had not elapsed but clear polite constructive telephone manners would help.

Sania Moore: I went in to get some flea treatment. The only down side is that everyone thinks you want to say hello to their dogs and I don't. Only thing that would make this place better would be if dog owners could be reminded to control their dogs and stop them from jumping up at strangers. At one point I was cornered and had to just wait so I could get to the front doors. I will order on line next time and have it delivered.

Valerie Emerson: Went into Pets @ Home in Colchester Essex having a Taxi waiting outside asked for urgent assistance to buy Tropical fish to which case the lady behind the counter said someone will be right over, 5 minutes later still no assistance, went to the counter to ask again for this assistance to where she pointed to a young lad just filling pallets. I said where is this assistance to which he sharply said "! Im coming, thought that to be a bit rude. he did then come to our assistance and we sort of felt we needed to apologise and we selected a siamese fighter, 2 swordtail and 6 golden barbs for a community tank. Little did we know the golden barbs are chasing the fins of our other community fish. Was a bad experience
