Yee: Do not come here for piercings.Every piercing I have got from here was very wonky and had to be re-pierced by a better piercer at a different studio.Their aftercare instructions also made the piercings take a lot longer to heal than what my new piercing studio's instructions do.Service:Ear piercing

Richard Willcocks: I love this place, wasn't sure what to expect as had not had a tattoo in ages and not heard anything about Tattoo Inc. - just walked in the week before after hearing the sound of the tattoo gun. Myself and my wife spend a couple of hours there getting various tattoos between us and had a brilliant time, Clive and team make you feel really relaxed and welcome and we had a great laugh, which was unexpected. We're really happy with the resulting tattoos which were done very professionally and came out even better than expected, Clive has got a very steady hand and great attention to detail. Hygiene and all the other aspects as you would expect and everything is healing perfectly. We'll definitely be going back for more Saturday afternoon entertainment (and tattoos).

Dana S: Had three piercings done in my ears around a year ago. Found the piercer unwelcoming and a bit stand offish. The piercings were incredibly slow to heal, one I had to take out after 4ish months because it just hadn't healed at all, and another kept flaring up every now and then with infections, I stuck with it but have now taken it out today as its flared up again. I've never reacted to piercings before, so was disappointed that this is still happening so long after the event.Service:Ear piercing

Luckily a more experienced piercer rectified the issue, but the trauma caused has left the piercing crooked which can't be corrected.

Lily Sequoia: I had my nostril pierced, and my daughter (age 9) had her earlobes pierced. elle was so empathetic and reassuring to my daughter who was very nervous. She took her time and explained everything in an accessible way. She took time to get the placing right for both of us. She was very patient. The studio was clean and hygienic.Definitely a better option than some of these places where badly trained people are given a lot of responsibility using piercing guns.If you're going to get piercing , get someone who is covered in piercings to do it!! Elle knows what she's doing.

I presented my idea to Elle and she was quite happy to adapt the design to suit my every little request. I wasn’t made to feel like a pain in the bum for wanting it to look just right and she was quite happy to fiddle around with the size until I was happy.This was my first tattoo so I was very nervous, but Elle helped to put my mind at ease. There wasn’t a single question that Elle wasn’t happy to answer. A bit more expensive but the nice, quality jewellery is worth it.

Sophie Bird: Due to not having a piercing since I was very little, I was quite nervous (to say the least) about getting my Daith pierced.I carried out some research online beforehand (being the anxious person I am!) and came across the rave reviews of Psara Piercing, so I travelled over an hour to visit.It was such a positive experience! Psara is a very lovely and kind person. She made me instantly feel at home. I was so engrossed in our chat that I totally forgot about the piercing itself and before I knew it, it was done!I was given a bag full of goodies afterwards which contained some aftercare instructions. Something I was completed taken aback by! It was a very thoughtful gesture.I would not hesitate one bit to drive the distance again to visit this studio.Side note: There is also a small adjoining shop where Psara stocks some well-being goodies! It was my 3rd time getting septum piercing done and this one was the least painful of them all (that's how you know it was done right). Helena Loughran: I highly recommend Psara for piercing. I had my Daith pierced with her in July 2021, as I had suffered from migraines for 40 years. I was petrified and had taken 18 months to pluck up the courage. Psara is confident and skilled in her craft, which was really reassuring and calming. Healing was so fast, I with was able to get a change up to a ring in just 3 months, which is pretty amazing for a Daith. Best of all, the piercing has meant I am now 1 year migraine free!I have been back to her pristine salon several times, when she has pierced my other Daith, a flat, forward Helix and 4 lobe piercings. All have healed fast and without any issues. You get a goody bag with aftercare instructions and healing oil/balm. I foolishly, (when Psara’s salon was shut) tried another much hyped salon in town for a Helix piercing. It got painful and ended up with a bump, so I headed to Psara for help. She fitted a longer bar and the bump and pain quickly went. As I’ve said this lady really knows her stuff, she’s a perfectionist and genuinely takes pride in her piercings. My advice is, go to Psara if you or your children want piercings, as you won’t be disappointed. If you suffer from migraines run to her, it’s been a game changer for me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Julie took into account the other tattoos I have with regards to placement and colour; I was very happy to see the final result!The studio was lovely, the air conditioning was very welcome on such a hot day! Great decor (love the glittery tattoo chair), very clean, a friendly atmosphere and a great piece of art on my leg forever. The healing is doing very well so far, too. A great experience, I'll be back!

Louisa Sandford: I've been to pastel palace twice now. Both to see Sharon to get a tattoo. I thought I'd write a review because my experiences have both been fabulous. Back in Jan when I had my tattoo it was later in the day so was empty, when I went back today, in the day it was so lovely to see the atmosphere. Staff and customers so friendly. To me, that's important, for people to make you welcome whilst you are spending your money. I felt this was such a safe place, not just for the LGBT community but also the Autistic community and I really appreciate that. Feeling safe is the most important thing to me.Sharon was amazing. She was very hygienic with tattooing me and asked me questions to make sure I'm ok which I appreciated and I appreciate the convos we have as sometimes it can be pretty awkward but it wasn't.Thank you Sharon and the Pastel Palace team for always making me feel welcome and safe.

Hannah Richardson: Came in to have my ear and nose pierced with Tilly a few months ago. From the moment I stepped in the door she was friendly and welcoming. She was very attentive when it came to piercing placement and I even left with a cute goody bag that included piercing sanitiser and some other cute bits.I had a slight aftercare issue when I changed from a stud to a ring, but Tilly was extremely helpful and that issue has now resolved itself after following her advice.Tilly is so sweet, friendly and, most importantly, professional.
