Spring Rise Physiotherapy Clinic Ltd: what do users think?
Kuku Sobodu: Very attentive physio. Helped me to rehabilitate a lingering foot injury.
Daniel & Kuku: Fantastic job. I had lots of neck issues before I decided to pay Spring Rise a visit.Great service all throughout my scheduled appointments
Maureen Luchini: In spite of al the exercises I've been doing to allieviate it, the dreadful pain I have from the trapped nerves in my cervical spine persists. My GP read my most recent MRI scan report and said I need to be referred to the MSK team. But she couldn't refer me directly any more, because referrals have to be done through Allied Healthcare, which is a private company. My GP said if I can't wait, I can go private, but as the taxes I've paid all of my working life mean I'm entitled to free health care, I have to wait 10 days or so for a phone conversation with a "senior" Allied Healthcare physiotherapist. The pressure on me to go private is obvious and utterly heartless. Allied Healthcare wants money and all the while when we were clapping for "our" NHS, they were busy dismantling it.
Indi: Just very POOR approach., I go away for a few months and am deducted from the surgery. VERY VERY POOR INDEED!!!!!
Nick Gibbs: Almost impossible to get an appointment without turning up and queuing in person before 8am and no prebookables due to apparent staff shortages, neither of which helps those who work....staff can be intractable, as though mandatory for meeting the stereotype...
medic7698: Dealt with very efficiently
Ann Hardy: Had to give one star as can't go lower. Trying to get an appointment either in advance or on the day is an absolute joke. Doctors go on holiday without signing prescriptions so patients end up having to go without medication. My husband suffers from COPD and needs the help of inhalers in the recent hot weather he was left for a whole week without his own inhalers, had to stoop to borrowing a friends spare , and this was meant to be an emergecy prescription. The staff were indifferent to his needs, the doctors couldn't be bothered. My son was left without a prescription for some strong pain relief tablets took two weeks to get that signed off, was told to take paracetamol that was another joke. He has been told that although he can barely stand at times that is too bad just keep taking the tablets, (Tramadol - highly addictive). Woul never recommend this surgery to anyone.
R P: Virtually impossible to get an appointment.
Kev Jones: impossible to get through and get an appointment.
Hulky Boy: Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, let alone an appointment, was moved here a while ago when my Layer Road surgery closed, have never used this place until today, and I wont be coming back. Pathetic.
Paulina Gozdziewska: Always helpful staff. If you are unable to get GP appointment on a day GP will call you and discuss your symptoms which is a way better solution than going to walk-in centre. Wheelchair access. There is adjacent pharmacy open till 10pm. Nice and bright building. You can have blood test done by appointment only.
Jon Stubbings: Very caring group of professionals at the CMG. Have looked after our family’s medical needs for over 15 years.
Rosie Hills: If I could score this place lower I would. I’ve been with this doctors surgery since I was born, and have never once been in their catchment area. Moved to a mer 15 minute walk away and have been kicked out of the surgery because I now ‘don’t live in the boarders’ an utter joke! This is all 2 months after my mother has passed, as if her loss isn’t enough to deal with I now have to worry over finding a new doctors surgery. I don’t understand how they could be so callous to someone who has history of mental health issues! It’s like they don’t care for their patients at all.
Hollie Burton: Friendly and helpful receptionists, never had a problem getting an appointment for the same day.
John Connelly: Handy pharmacy
Alison Mansfield: Impossible to get an appointment. Takes at least 5 weeks. Online booking of appointments is extremely limited; usually results in being offered one appointment but not with a known/usual GP. Lovely building. Always empty.
Sarah Woodrow: Brillant
Patrick Dalgleish: A modern surgery housed in a light and airy historic building I find the surgery to be a pleasant change to others which I have used. Whilst nobody wishes to require the services of a doctor if one has to then Creffield medical centre is the way to do it.
Olufunmi Sobodu: Getting to the clinic was easy, easy to find parking, and the staff were pleasant and friendly. The clinic is very clean and modern.Treatment was very effective and I was back to performing on the athletics track in no time. All in all very impressed, will use again.

My work involves me being physically fit and I have the utmost faith in the physio here (Nikki) returning me to full fitness.I have an understanding that some injuries such as mine although acute, take time, the correct treatment and training program going forward.
