Colchester Kawasaki: what do users think?
Bonnie Roberts: Excellent experience from start to finish. Visited Colchester kawasaki one week ago to look at a bike I'd seen on the website and was interested in. Was allowed to test ride there and then. My bike was assessed a few days, later, a reasonable deal made for part ex and today I went to collect my new bike. Thank you to Mark for being so helpful and providing such good service and to the rest of the team at CK for facilitating such a swift and efficient transaction
Neil Bell: Top dealer I come from North east local dealer couldn’t match the deal, very smooth excellent service from Sam dropped off at door excellent customer service
Ian Lazenby: Wish all dealers were this helpful:)
Ollie Beakus: Recently went to Colchester Kawasaki for the first time and was really impressed by the place. A lot of efforts gone into the showroom, take your time to see everything there. Get a haircut, something to eat and a lot of two wheel exotica to view. Staff are helpful. Very impressive set up.
Wyn Hemmuth: Spot on service from start to finish. Really good talented attentative team.
Ben Lucas: Chris on the service reception absolutely top bloke, squeezed me in last min for a MOT on the KTM, was started straight away. Had a message to say completed. Good work
Minty 666: Brilliant service very happy with my purchase and all the customer care i received
Michael Cooper: I had a great experience with Colchester Kawasaki with Senior Sales Executive Andy getting me a last minute test ride on an Aprilia Tuareg 660. I loved it and decided to buy and the whole process was very smooth and the comms from Andy and the team were A+ throughout. Thoroughly recommend this dealership and its also just a great place to hang out (and get Brekkie!). Mike Cooper.
Lucas Lawrence: Had amazing service from Tina in the cafe, definitely recommend her homemade cakes .
Russell Lamb: Definitely a 'destination' bike shop! They have lots to see in terms of bikes including Kawasaki, Mutt, Enfields and more. They also have a memorabilia shop and barber shop too. Not forgetting a great cafe that does a mean breakfast amongst other things. I would highly recommend a visit.
Stuart Mennell: Great customer service and a very knowledgeable sales rep.
Philip hill Hill: Recently bought a royal Enfield 350 classic. Excellent customer service, living 300 miles away buying the bike was simple, all done with a few emails and phone calls.Very happy
Mark Penry: Great selection of new bikes, not a lot of used stock. The sales team did not approach at any point, so you were very much left to go through things yourself, and despite catching their eye, they were not eager to approach and not very knowledgeable or know their own stock. The guy literally thought a year old bike was a new one, and the new price was the used bike price - perhaps I could have grabbed a new bike for a used price if I didn't correct them.
Jeremy Nicholl: Great service from Paul in getting my heated grips in a few hours when I was sure it would take weeks to get themfrom Italy. Really grateful, thanks very much!
Tim Starkings: Fantastic customer friendly service. Made purchasing my new bike an enjoyable and stress free experience.
Gareth Brown: Paul was professional and friendly, the cafe exemplary, and the many displays of vintage bikes and paraphernalia were great. Work on my bike was completed to the time scale implied, and all in all this felt more like a day out rather than a day spent simply marking time while the work on my bike was being done (and to a very good standard I’ll ad).
andrea luisi: Great people great bikes a big thank to Emma that made it so smooth and pleasurable.
Em-Elle Kay Gee: Lovely place to visit just for the aesthetics! Helpful staff, great stock, and nice little cafe too
Matthew Pegley: My wife has her little Keeway RKV125C from CK and the process has been effortless and she loves the bike.Thank you to Sam Johnson and team...
Roy Dennis: Wide range of new and used stock including Kawasaki, Aprilla, Moto Guzzi, and Royal Enfield. Cafe on site (try the breakfast bap). Lost my phone but staff had found it. Apparently have to buy a bike now because they found it. Just waiting for a letter confirming this to show to the wife.
Steve Clarke: First class service from Andy and his team. Its the best buying experience I have had from a dealer over the many years I have been buying motorbikes. Keep up the good work and I look forward to buying from Colchester Kawasaki at some time in the future.

Hythe Hill Motorcycles: what do users think?
Darren Smith: Went in on the hunt for a first big boy bike for me. Was blown away with all the advice and answers to my questions and in all honesty I was disappointed to have not been able settle on one of their bikes to buy. It would have been good to complete a purchase in someway recognition of their help.Nevertheless i thought I would write a review to recommend them to others. Their personalised, no pressure and honest approach to sales no doubt serves them well and certainly worthy of recommendation and commendation.
Stephen Wright: Very helpfull and will hopefully be back in 2 weeks to have another look at the bmw RT
Starfleet Admiral: These guys have all taken good care of me with my first bike which is a learning curve. That includes the selling and on-going maintenance and servicing etc. Workshop prices seem fair and Chris is a knowledgable guy, always happy to spend a few mins explaining something.
michael conway: Nice friendly an helpful 👌
James Day: Popped in hythe hill motorcycles to buy my lad his 1st helmet and jacket , there was a good choice of items. the guy that served us was very patient and knowledgeable we bought both , thank you we will see you again soon
Jason Skilton: Went in last week after the shop was recommended to me by a family member. Received a really warm greeting and was helped by the ream to select a new pair of winter gloves within my budget.I can highly recommend the team at Hythe Hill Motorcycles.
Carl Whitwell: Recently bought a bike from these guys. They were a total pleasure to deal with. I’m not local and travelled a fair way. I was made very welcome. They did everything they said they would, it was a very smooth transaction. I’ve nothing but praise. Thanks 👍🏻
daniel harris: I bought a bike from them. After two months. I was running the bike on the driveway and all of the radiator fluid boiled over and come out the bike the fan had stopped working. Hythe hill offered to pick my bike up and fix the problem under warranty. When I picked up my bike they charged me £65 to collect my bike which they did not tell me about at the time. I did not want to pay it but if I did not pay it I would not get my keys back. if they offered to pick up your bike or deliver it be careful as they will charge you
Wayne Sams: Wonderful showroom and wonderful staff, thank you Norm n' Diane for my excellent service and my beautiful GSXS1000.
C P: Purchased a HD soft tail from here. Jonny was polite, good communication and kept the bike reserved for me whilst I was working away. Good walk around the bike and easily answered any questions I had.
Tommi Rusted: New premises on Whitehall Road are much better. Some interesting bikes in there to have a look at too. If they have got a lot going on when you arrive then a cuppa will come your way (its the little things). Good team that look after you and will take the time to genuinely talk (if you know what I mean). Very happy.
Daniel F: Very friendly and helpful.
Simon Curtis: Good selection of bikes and nice people
Soaring Crow: Recently bought a MT-09 Tracer from Hythe Hill Motorcycles,it was a very easy hassle free experience thanks to Jonny and Dianne, and the bike has been great!!
Leon Langrish: Great motorcycle shop. I've been looking for my first big bike since getting my full license and these guys have been so helpful. Showed me the stock they had with great advice on which direction to go.
LRozman 1: I thought I would leave it at least two weeks before leaving a review, incase anything developed or went wrong.I recently purchased a 20 year old ZX-9R Ninja,Came with 7 years worth of history, was able to test ride the bike 🏍, and I have to say, if I could afford with today's fuel prices.. I'd be out on it every single day ! Love the bike !Very friendly family run business.
Trevor Johnson: Very helpfull
Michael Kirkpatrick: Excellent service from a highly experienced team at Hythe Hill. Very impressed and will always be bringing back my BMW for servicing.
Martin Newnham: Storming Norman great guy to deal with.
Petar Mishlakov: I will be short:My bike has been standing for over 6 months to have its gearbox changed. We had agreed on up to £ 1000,paid £1280 + £ 50 transport to Ipswich.(that was 2 years ago)This year, from January to April, my alternator was replaced for 3 months. There were not many problems with payment. The bike was very dirty, they didn't wash it at all.I repeat:I can show a lot of details and photos that they sent me personally.I made two mistakes, I will not make a third.I am not satisfied and I doubt the quality. They lost the sheet on which Chris wrote down what he had to do and how much money it would cost.Absolutely frivolous attitude,One piece of advice from me for you Chris:Don't take a job that you personally can't do!
Kev Jackson: Great place and very knowledgeable staff, always there to help and nothing seems to much to ask, also a great range of bikes new and used. See you again soon

GH Motorcycles Ltd: what do users think?
The Middle Class Reviewer: Packed full of bikes, Yamaha and husqarvana off road and on road. Great parts department on site and great service from Joe the parts guy.
Ťêâm Ťěmpěšt: Was in the area and wanted to visit, not been there for years! Staff were welcoming and polite, allowed me to look around the bikes, kit and accessories without bother. A very pleasant experience only to be surpassed when I couldn't turn my key on my bike (purchased elsewhere)! Panicking and thinking the worst, the staff immediately assisted me! Big thank you to all the staff there, and a special mention to Nick for getting me going again within minutes! Would thoroughly recommend this place! Well worth a visit or at least a look on their website.
Tim Godden: Great bunch of guys who know there stuff great Mx bikes too
Albert: Really great dealership, good communication, seamless purchase. Would recommend. Thanks!

Miss Rushen: GH motorcycles great advice and guidance for our boys new husqvarna EE5 electric motorcross bike . I was very reserved about buying an electric motorcross bike but once looking on YouTube and a bit of research very happy with bike can take to local parks and forest without causing noise .6 settings on the bikeSetting one is walking paceSetting two slightly faster 12MPHSetting three 31MPHSetting four five and six are all 45 MPHPosition four is good progressive powerSetting five and six is instant torque more for racingSettings 1 to 3 battery life is around 90 minutes on a single chargeSettings 4 is around 40 minutes lifeSetting 5 and 6 is 25 minutes batteryCharging generally takes from flat 1 hr 10 minutesPart charge is half flat around 40 minutesAdvantages with electric is nice smooth torque for younger riders with also my son being small for his age you can lower rear seat frame and also rear shock to gain lower stance and also drop front forks and rebound to soft which is all in the instruction booklet with bike but GH very helpful doing this on PDI . Maintenance side is so much easier than petrol version no cleaning air filter or doing trans oil and fuel etc just need to adjust chain and lubricateOverall highly recommendThe electric bike and fantastic back up and advice given by GH Motorcycles team and Gavin looking to buy another electric Husqvarna for my daughter soon
Idriss Easydee: No better feeling than dealing with passionate professionals. Despite being quite busy, they always make time to help or answer requests in the best possible way. Great people, great shop!
J Devereaux: Guys are top notch. Sales staff, parts department/store, mechanics, Gavin himself, all very welcoming, friendly and accommodating.Purchased two bikes from them new, first bike was done through the height of lockdown and dealt with very professionally, was delivered late one evening, didn't rush off, stood for a while going through the usual rigmarole making sure I was familiar with the bike as well as having a bit of a chat.Had some parts fitted and was made a coffee while I sat about having a chat with staff and other customers.Second bike was bought in-store the more traditional way. Can't fault these lot. Regardless of being someone who has spent a couple quid with them, I'm sure if I went down there with no intention of spending money and they were aware of this, I'd be welcomed just the same.
Colin Brand: I had a electrical problem with a amped a16. Sent it back in. It was fixed no problem, no questions, free of charge. I’m glad I bought new and not 2nd hand. Would definitely suggest using GH Motorcycles. Good job
Clive Allen: Used Gavin at GH Motorcycles for a few years he has always delivered a top quality service weather its a service a top end or tyres etc Joe in the spares department has everything you need to maintain your bike and if he hasn’t got it he gets it in ASAP for you and always calls to keep you updated . on the last gh day funday gavin let me try a fe 250 to see if I liked it or not which is brilliant I have just brought a new bike from g h and the service was top notch I got a good trade in price and the new Bike had a lot of extras on which I requested and nothing was to much Kienon the sales man made everything happen everything has been explained regarding running in the bike and first service couldn’t ask for anymore so I like to say a massive thank you to the whole team and if your thinking of getting a dirt bike enduro bike GH Motorcycles is the place to go
Leslie Luckings: Great service from Gavin and sales team at GH Motorcycles, Well happy with my new husqvarna 901 norden Thank you.
Richard Negus: Called them 3 times to book service, they said he was busy on the phone would call me back never did I went elsewhere there loss
P Clarke: Gavin & His team are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I wouldn’t go anywhere else, myself, partner, brother inlaws, and father wouldn’t trust anyone else for bikes, clothing, parts and the event held by GH. Nothing is too much trouble and always great help!5 ⭐️
Matt Ryalls: After an initial fantastic experience with Kienon the sales person, we reached a deal on a new 2022 Husky TE250i..I won't go into too much detail, but I'll provide some feedback for future customers looking to purchase bikes here - tread carefully around Gavin.Unfortunately at the very last moment I had to cancel my new motorbike order due to having a tax code adjustment that severely affected my monthly income greater than I had anticipated - absolutely devastated to not be able to go through with the sale.In steps Gavin the dealership manager - he is apparently more upset than me, as he's had to lose out on one extra bike out the doors this month. Didn't want to take my phone calls - rudely cut me off when trying to wind back my loan agreement (well within my rights) to state that it was Kienon doing the deal and not him.Quite rightly they declined to refund me my £200 deposit - I have no issues with that (I did politely ask if they'd consider holding it until Sept for me for me to then do a new deal with them - they refused that, again - seems fair enough)Just a great shame that they seem to be there to help when you when its benefitting them financially, and as soon as things goes pear shaped - they (namely Gavin) do not want to even give you 30 seconds of their time!Even though I've lost my £200 deposit, I'm actually quite happy long term to not be spending anymore of my money with GH Motorcycles - and see it as a potential dodged bullet.Kienon was spot on though, so if you are forced to buy from here for the bike you want, ask to deal with him specifically! (y)Gavin - you're more than welcome to call me to apologise, and I'll happily remove my feedback.Regards, Matt
Ian John: Ordered a helmet which stated in stock, normal delivery of five days selected as didn't need it until around 10 days.Three days later, email stating that order has been cancelled as not in stock! No other alternatives or solutions.
Riccardo Casadei: Tried to book a service online,no one replied, so, I called them, after they called me back because busy ,they told me that doesn't do it service on demand but to call somewhere place.Unbelievable!!
Phil Towers: Great experience buying a new bike.
chrissy K: Took my husky 901 in for first service briefly mentioned a skid plate would be good if they could get one, not only did they get one it was fitted on my return, bloody good old fashioned service, loan bike was great, lads were down to earth, cracking service all round, thanks G H Motorcycles
Andy Corless: Friendly and helpful staff.
