Richard Leggett: Had a Bonneville cylinder head that was cracked and also needed skimming and asked if they could help. I was advised to leave it with them. Two days later they phoned and explained the situation and that it could be fully repaired. Upon collecting the head, the price was more than reasonable and the workmanship was first class. Cannot recommend enough!!

Julie Milik: I needed a staple gun for my upholstery projects and internet searches showed that Machine Mart was one of the few places that I could get a decent one. The staff greeted me as I came in and asked if they could help. They showed me several different options and were able to answer all my questions and offered staples and nails to go with my choice. Couldn't fault the service and all Covid compliant.
Jade Godbold: I have not ever been in the store but the creepy men that work in there constantly ogling the students walking past is enough to put anyone off. As a female I would not feel comfortable entering an environment like this and me and several friends are aware of this whilst walking to sixth form in the mornings. I thought it would of stopped between lockdowns but going back to Sixth form last week has proved it’s worse than ever. Maybe Machine Mart need to offer support to these workers and maybe educate them on appropriate behaviour in today’s society. Thanks.
