John Parampil: I had problems with my shoulder and leg. Gill did a combination of physiotherapy and massage, and gave me exercises to do at home also. Towards the end of my treatment, I also had complementary holistic therapy. I can't emphasise how much these treatments have helped. Gill is so friendly and helpful, explaining all the treatments as she works. I have enjoyed my treatments at Colchester Holistic health so very much- I would thoroughly recommend Gill. She is extremely knowledgeable, and puts you at ease immediately. Thank -you.

Adam Blum: Gill is absolutely amazing. I was suffering from shingles that developed into postherpetic neuralgia. I was in extreme pain and my doctors were offering no help and frankly had no idea what to do. I had several online appointments with Gill and she literally saved me. Maja Pulic: Andy's Wellness studio is amazing! He really helped me with my chronic neck pain and I will definitely be coming back all the time! The reception to the studio is so welcoming, when it was raining Andy welcomed me with an umbrella. Small things like this really make a difference! Studio is very clean and has high standards. He has numerous oils to pick from, what a great detail! I almost feel like I am somewhere in Bali, not Colchester 🙂 I would also like to note that he is very knowledgeable and makes you feel relaxed. People who are anxious about getting a massage - this is your place! I had neck pain that was killing me for years and Andy fixed it in 2 appointments - incredible! Also, his online booking system is extremely convenient. Don't look at other places, this is the one!

M L: I found Wellness Massage via a Google search. I found the website easy to navigate and had enough information to help me choose the right massage out of the several on offer. The booking system was also very easy to use and I liked the option to choose your preferred massage oil. When I arrived, there was ample parking. Andy was very welcoming and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. Andy explained everything in detail, and is very knowledgeable, giving me additional advice on how to reduce future discomfort and the problem (poor posture) I was attending for. I had booked the short therapeutic massage and Andy checked my comfort throughout and the benefits of massage could be felt immediately afterwards. The room was at a comfortable temperature and Andy asked if I was happy with the music playing. I would highly recommend Andy and will certainly be using his services again.

jolanta martinkute: After having Indie's elements massage treatment, I don't want to go anywhere else. Indre does amazing back, head and feet massages after which I always had total relaxation. Despite my body being hyper sensitive to many things, she just knows what she is doing and gives me great advice too. Her incorporation of hot stones into my back massage brought the whole experience to another level. It is absolutely amazing!Indre is very pleasant, extremely accommodating and understanding of my needs and provides the best results. I have recently tried her new skills - a facial treatment which included face, shoulders and arms massages. My hyper sensitive skin felt and looked amazing afterwards and I couldn't stop smiling. I think it's a result of not only Indre's skills and techniques but carefully chosen products she uses too. I will definitely be using Indie's element massage for my wellbeing in the future. Can't wait for my next facial and reflexology session.

It felt rushed, my feet were put in bubbly water for about a minute, AFTER my toe nails were cut , the cuticles weren't pushed back and scraped ... The hard skin on my heels was hardly touched, she didn't inspect my feet first or ask if I had any problems... I didn't even fill in a client form ... The work on my toes was rubbish... The polish was not Gel, for £45 I felt ripped off! Don't bother !!!

She’s always on time and gives the full hour or 30minute slot to the massage so you never feel short changed. Her reflexology is also excellent as well as her manicures / pedicures. She gave me a more precise and clear sense of specific pains I was having, and more practical treatment of them, than most doctors have in the past.I would highly recommend her for sports massages, or for the treatment and management of any pain or injury.
