The main purpose of the South Bristol Sports Centre is to create opportunities for everyone to participate in sport, assist with the development of physical and mental capacities, advance education and health through sport.

The South Bristol Sports Centre partners with like-minded entities and generates income through some of the services and facilities it provides.

A board of trustees oversees the activities of the South Bristol Sports Centre.

As a not-for-profit organization, the South Bristol Sports Centre reinvests all monies received into the charity for the benefit of those who gain from it.
