nathan hall: Lovely staff, would do anything for you and Dr strange was tops. From a thankful 90year old.

Gill Webb: My first appointment at the Bristol Heart Institute and I was amazing. The care was exceptional and efficient. All the staff were lovely and one particular nurse would put anyone at ease, she had a great sense of humour, and reduced my anxiety.Very impressed so far, however have a little way to go for treatment.Consultant was excellent and I had a 72 hour tape fitted the same day as I has a little way to travel. My other cardiologist at another hospital was contacted for more information and this was done straightaway.I had to call the secretary and she was so efficient and really cared and wanted to help which she did so well.Thankyou to you all for all your hard work. It's a very busy department however they keep it going in a timely manner.

Rochelle Barnard: The team at C503 Outpatients are simply the kindest and most helpful From the receptionist to the specialists and the nurses. I’ve always had positive, kind and caring interactions. They really do go above and beyond.

Robert Edwards: I had a procedure at the bristol heart institute on 21st June.everything went really smoothly from my arrival in the morning to going home at teatime.the staff, nurses doctors and the other staff were excellent and took care of all my needs.all in all I could not have asked for more.thanks bob.

vivienne Padfield: Went to cardiac unit 30/01/23 with my sister for a procedure, in and out in no time, lovely staff, friendly communities reassuring thank you

Anna Clarke: . Went on foot as limited parking. You need to follow the access road on the left, sweeping downwards and not the pedestrians here sign on the wooden bridge opposite, which takes you to the building on the right. The entrance is behind the massive screened scaffolding. There is a small path on the left of the scaffolding. Lovely coffee shop just inside.

David Ford: for the incredible way in which I was kept informed of my situation at all times.I do have relatives in the U.S.A.who informed me that this care and surgery in America would have cost me $140.000.00.Cost to me. £ Nil.Thank you NHSYours so gratefullyDavid Ford

Sam Springer: Second visit to BHI. Nursing staff are fantastic, nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. But please do give them the respect and kindness they deserve. The Doctors and Consultants are amazing too. Thanks to all concerned in my treatment and aftercare.

Heidi Smith: My husband Ken was admitted on Wednesday 28 September. He received first rate care and the team of doctors and nurses could not have been more caring or compassionate. Sadly we lost him 3 days later but it was a peaceful end and I thank them all so much. On the final day my daytime nurse's name escapes me, a lovely Welsh lass who put Luther Vandross on YouTube for us, thank you lovely, it was such a blur but you were a real comfort. Our night nurse was Rita who supported me through the final hours, you lovely lady, you really helped me out until the end and saw me safely on my way home.Thank you to the entire team at the Heart Institute, you are all angels.

Christine Smith: I received wonderful care here and the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I cannot praise it enough.

Geoff Gigg: Was admitted into the BHI on 30/11/21 following a heart attack. After a number of tests including an Angiogram I was required to have a heart by-pass graft, very scary!I should have not been worried at all as the treatment I received throughout my stay was exemplary. My thanks go to all concerned and particularly to the surgical team under professor Angelini, the nurses and doctors in wards C708,CITU and CHDUfor looking after me so well and giving me a second chance in life,I am truly grateful.Food was very good as well!!

KMW1547: A light bright airy environment, with a coffee shop, public toilets for visitors and patients alike

Anthony Pye: I had a triple heart by pass exactly ten years ago and thank Mark Yeatman and his team every day, they changed my life. The care I received was the best.
