Holly Liken: The building and the rooms are a nice size, the kitchens are really spacious and have plenty of appliances to go around! All the staff are so kind and take a lot of time to arrange events that would interest everyone! It’s been great so far and close to everything within the city - it’s a really good place!

Beatrice Auty Luque: The staff are very friendly and put in a lot of effort to create a sense of community. The building is very modern and in the centre of town, with plenty of shops, cafes, etc, right around the corner.

Harbour Court - Bristol Student Accommodation: what do users think?

桑染: I've been happy living at Harbour Court for most of my stay, the front desk help with luggage and deliveries has been very attentive, and a previous problem with a sewer pipe in our flat was quickly resolved. The receptionist was very helpful. Our hot water and heating worked well most of the time, there was only one fault but that was sorted quickly. All in all it was a pleasure to live here.

Cove - West India House, Harbourside (Previously SACO Bristol - West India House): what do users think?

Zabi: Clean and comfortable with every required household goods. Really worth the money.

Stefanel Vieru: !

Karen Slater: . We had a lovely view out over the river from the living area, and the bedroom faced the back of the building so was nice and quiet. The facilities are great - you don't need to bring anything with you - but if you're staying for more than a week you don't always get top ups on items like washing tablets and loo roll. We were able to bring our dog with us which was great, however we booked for her to be in day care on the day we requested for our weekly clean, and then found that a few times the clean didn't happen which was a faff to rearrange and sort out further day care for the dog.Other negatives: emails weren't always responded to, the carpets are well worn and need changing

Sayed Mohammad Ahmed Sharif: . There are lots of pubs and bars around it. We also loved a beautiful park at the back of the apartment. Finding the hotel was not a difficult task but I haven't seen SACO in their name plate, it is actually 'Cove West India House'

Ian Westlake: Great location closer to shops and bars. We thought it would be noisy given the location, but it really wasn't. Apartment was clean, spacious and well-equipped. Much better value than a hotel room. Would highly recommend.

Mr.P.J: Very nice service.

Oliver Horn: Nice place

Damien Mullen: I wanted for nothing in these apartments. There's a full kitchen with stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combo for clothing. Including soaps. There was even a couple small boxes of cereal and milk, and water bottles provided. The staff comes in to clean regularly. My only complaints are that noise can enter through the large windows easily and the wifi isn't very reliable.

Alex Schultz: Everything in the apartment was satisfactory or better, including the amount of space that I had, the furnishings, and many little things provided for the first morning of staying there. Having traveled from overseas, I didn't bring much with me, so having some complimentary breakfast and drinks, as well as bathroom amenities helped a lot. Check-In was convenient, and Check-Out even more so.

Ben Smith: I enjoyed my stay at the SACO Bristol - West India House. Great location, spacious apartment, and Rob was a pleasure to work with. The only drawbacks to the apartment were I did not have a dishwasher, and the birds can be very loud in the early morning. Obviously very minor things.Overall very nice!

Heena Mistry-Moss: We have stayed in SACO apartments before and the West India Apartments didn't let us down. It was a large 1 bed with everything we could need. The parking was close and easy and the outside noise couldn't be heard from inside. Check in was painless and even though there was no reception we had all the contact we needed in the welcome pack. We would both stay again!

Renee Stoll: Right in the heart of the city, this is a great location for a short stay in Bristol. The apartment is spacious and clean with all the basic amenities needed for self catering. Lots of pubs, grocery, cash machine, etc. very close by. My only suggestion is to bring a set of ear plugs for sleeping as the sea gulls get a bit noisy very early in the mornings.

Caroline Shea: This was a great apartment and did the job perfectly. I was working in Bristol and needed space, convenience. The flat was very well equipped and comfortable. Very pleasant surprise to find cleaning products, and tea/coffee fridge provisions.Negatives: furniture a bit flimsy especially the dining room table. Flat quite stuffy, almost smelly when I arrived - needed to keep windows open to stop it smelling musty. Carpet quite dirty. Also the area is very noisy. I am a good sleeper but I was woken more than once every night by a combination of seagulls, party carousing, sirens etc.Cleaner came in one day without prior arrangement. I thought we were supposed to be notified of when they would come in?I broke a glass and badly burned a pan. Please let me know how much I owe you for replacements. Many thanks for the experience - ti was great.

Your Stay Bristol Cotham Lawn Apartments: what do users think?

Lidia Roca: Good accommodation near the center of Bristol, in a very quiet area, with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. Check-in is through a safe with a code, which gives you a lot of time flexibility. In the apartment the kitchen was fully equipped and the bed was very comfortable. I do not recommend it for people who are very allergic to mites, as is my case, since there was carpet throughout the apartment. Even so we were very good.

Maria Bennett: small balcony, that helped combat the heat. Apartment we stayed in was top floor, which was quite a few steps but nothing major for your standard health individual. Kept out noise well. Apartment was very clean, kitchen/livingroom combo was spacious and tidy, all the utensils to cook almost anything while we were there. Even a washer/condenser drier combo

Mike WM: It’s All about “location, location, location”The decor and furniture was slightly dated. The facilities provided were good, some where to hang your coats, would be an improvement

Fluid Frequencies: Great location, good customer service in communications, parking available. Apartment its self was nice and great having the Juliette balcony in the room. Could've been a bit cleaner in places and the shower was more like a light drizzle.

Claire Roberts: Fantastic quiet location for both Clifton and Bristol, plenty of bars and restaurants nearbyApartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, enough for both short and long stays.Highly recommend and would stay again.

Hannah Bloomfield: Perfect for a work trip to Bristol. Clean calm and comfy apartments with lots of space.

Molly Howarth-maddison: Had a great stay at this apartment. Cosy, with good amenities and perfect location!

Your Stay Bristol Beaufort House Apartments: what do users think?

j.murray7: It was located in an extremely quiet and safe location, and was only a short walk to Whiteladies Road and Clifton village, which both had a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Bristol.

keren spektor: The apartment was very comfortable. Clean and good location. We enjoyed our stay.Noteworthy details: If you are staying in high floor you need to know there is no lift and no one is there to help with suitcases. So if you can’t carry your luggage it’s a problem.

clint wilson: Visited Bristol for a family weekend away and the apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Spacious, spotless and well equipped. It felt like a home away from home. Booking was simple and so was receiving information about check in and check out. The guest information book was super useful. Easy walk to stores and coffee shops in Clifton and easy to walk to other attractions in Bristol. We will definitely be back!

Caroline Winn: Very spacious, well equipped apartment in great location within Bristol. Would definitely stay again when visiting the city and would be perfect for longer staysNearby activities: Close to Clifton village and Whiteladies Road area of Bristo so plenty going on close by and lots of restaurants to choose from.

Ian Hobson: I could talk about the accomodation, which was excellent in every way, but the most important thing for me is the customer service.I booked a non-refundable stay that I needed to move. The folks at Stay Bristol had no obligation to help me out but that didn't stop them from going above and beyond to fix my problems.Well done all and thank you

Jackie Duncan: Rooms: Lovely rooms with beautiful huge windows!Nearby activities: Clifton suspension bridge and eateries nearby.Safety: Very safe feeling area.Walkability: Lovely walking around the stunning Clifton area of Bristol and not far into town. Close to the university.

Hazel Wong: The check-in was fast and easy, the place is very clean and well maintained, the price is discounted due to the ongoing construction. Would like to specially praise Diletta who has definitely gone above and beyond to make sure I have a smooth check-in, and have made my day from very stressful to finally able to relax. Thank you so much and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Jay Sajid: Lovely serviced apartments, a short walk from Temple Meads station. In a busy area but location is very quiet. All staff have been fantastic, and couldn't have been more helpful.Rooms: Clean and bright roomsNearby activities: Train station close by and also very close to Cabot Circus for shpppingSafety: Underground car park available at extra costWalkability: Walking distance from train station and also very close to bus station

Deedee Eagle: but if it had lasted longer I would've taken it further. Other than that it was an absolute pleasure and we will definitely be returning!

Nick Howells: , 8 o’clock construction noise, is a little frustrating.

Sofyan Abdulaziz: I had the most excellent experience at the Cleyro Serviced Appartments. The two bedroom flat was clean, very comfortable, very convenient a walking distance to bristol central market's and the view from the flat was breathtaking overlooking at the castel park. Marianna was amazing, extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. She went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting bristol

Massimo Massa: Very good apartment

Jack Wathen: The team at Cleyro were absolutely exceptional! Marianna and Marco both looked after me flawlessly during my 8-week stay at Finzels reach. They were great at communicating and Marianna even got up early one day, cycled in and gave me some spare keys when I stupidly locked myself out. I would 100% recommend their apartments to anyone visiting Bristol.

S Albather: Nice View from the Riverside

Maggs Copper: Amazing place, great view over the river.Clean, tidy, perfect.

Natalie Blayney: Myself, partner and brother stayed last week in the 2 bedroom deluxe apartment. Were regular visitors to Bristol and usually stay in the local hotels but not anymore. We'll 100% be staying at the apartments every time we come to Bristol, loved it there, was very warm, clean and had amazing views from the balcony and bedrooms. The bathrooms were stylish and good sized, the whole apartment had everything and more that you needed. Was sad to be leaving! Our host Marco was brilliant, I stupidly left my brand new coat in the apartment and he went the extra mile to send it back to me after we had left. Already looking forward to our next stay there!

Kitchens are particularly tired with trim detaching from units, fridge door was difficult to close properly. More cooking implements are needed such as a baking tray for use in the oven.
