Alma Physiotherapy: what do users think?

Susie Hall: I have been working with Jill and Lucy to overcome my HA and gain a period for 11 months now and I cannot rate them highly enough. They've guided me through some really dark times and been so supportive and generous with calls and email support between treatments where needed. The acupuncture and their breadth of knowledge has been incredible for both my mental and physical health. My LH and FSH have gone from 0.5 to 5 since I started working with them which means my ovaries have started to function. I am so close reaching my goal and I cannot thank these wonderful women enough. Do not hesitate x

Kate McGenity: Jill and the team at the Alma Vale Centre are fantastic. They are very knowledgeable, skilled and supportive, taking the time to listen and personalise your treatment with acupuncture, herbal supplements and suggested lifestyle changes. Because of them I am now pregnant, after struggling for sometime. Thank you Jill, Lucy and Kristie!

Sarah Mavani: before falling pregnant! Jill was always very patient and empathetic when supporting me through my pregnancy journey and we have been in touch since my last treatment where she has continued to offer support and advice. I would highly recommend Jill if you are experiencing any fertility issues.

mark max: Clean, professional, lovely spaces

Siobhan: Kristy does acupuncture here and she's amazing.

Stacey Davies: I’ve suffered with severe menstrual pain for many years and after a recent diagnosis of endometriosis a friend recommended I see Jill. After just a few sessions I’m already seeing a reduction in pain which I never thought possible and this has had a huge impact on my quality of life. Jill couples acupuncture with Chinese herbs and I’d urge anybody who is living with pain impacting your day to day life to book an appointment! Not only is Jill reducing my pain she is also very knowledgeable in regards to fertility and has provided me with a lot of information and advice on supplements, diet, tests to request with my GP amongst other things which I’ve found extremely useful and encouraging when I’ve needed it most

Leighanne Preddy: I contacted Jill after struggling to conceive due to PCOS. Jill is amazing at her job and very knowledgeable. Infact, I believe she helped me conceive after I had been trying for 2 years. Jill also provides support tablets/herbs to suit your needs, I really do think they helped me get to the safe zone of 12 weeks. Not only has Jill helped me conceive, but she has also checked up on me during my pregnancy! Highly recommend, Will definitely be returning and especially when I’m ready to conceive number 2!! Procedures and very relaxing and calming!!

Katie Freestone Scott: I would thoroughly recommend Julie for all fertility and female health issues

Helen Fenn: I can highly recommend acupuncture with Julie Kelham at the Alma Vale Centre. I began having acupuncture with Julie several years ago as I was suffering with chronic pain in my neck and shoulders. Not only has it helped my pain condition enormously but regular acupuncture has become for me an essential part of maintaining my wellbeing. Every winter I used to suffer colds and viruses but after focusing on this issue with Julie I rarely succumb nowadays and I feel my overall health is so much better supported with regular acupuncture. Julie always assesses all aspects of my physical and mental wellbeing and every session feels very personal and is tailored to my current needs. I would strongly recommend both Acupuncture and the Alma Vale Centre which is an excellent environment for holistic care.

Maggie Evans: I started acupuncture with Julie several months ago and really miss it now because of the COVID closure. I was experiencing severe nerve pains like electric shocks, in my hands and arms which remain un-diagnosed medically but have been greatly helped by regular acupuncture treatments. I was also fatigued, anxious and depressed. I found the holistic Chinese way of diagnosing and treating the whole body and mind made a lot of sense to me. The treatments have an immediate effect, sometimes giving me a deep relaxation and sometimes energising me, depending on which points Julie works on, and the cumulative effect over time is now lasting. While the needles do their work, talking to Julie who is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate, adds to my mental therapy.

Anne Llewelyn: I have been diagnosed with Endometriosis & a Hydrosalpinx. I have never been one to go down the route of 'herbal, holistic' methods and have always opted for the more traditional route of GP's and medication to treat illness. HOWEVER, what can I say - having visited Jill and started a course of Chinese herbs & accupuncture, I can 100% say it's been worth it ! The specially selected herbs are subtle and work well with my body and these, coupled with regular accupuncture have made me feel amazing. I feel better emotionally and physically and feel more confident that I will not be undergoing any further surgery to resolve my issues. Was I scared and unsure - yes, but I am in such a better place now I'm so glad I took this step. Thank you Jill for looking after me !

Sara Batchelor: I can highly recommend the Alma Vale centre, they are all so professional. I see Julie for acupuncture to maintain a sense of well being and it makes a real difference. Julie is very warm and sincere in her approach and has been very flexible in fitting me in when I know she is already busy. If you are looking for acupuncture in Bristol, this is the place to go!

Hils Crisp: I’ve had various treatments here and always had a positive experience. Most notably I had acupuncture for about a year with Julie Kelham for fertility and also through my IVF treatment and first trimester. I now have a healthy, happy 10-week old baby and I’m sure the treatments and Chinese herbs made a big difference.Julie is a warm, empathic, compassionate and skilled therapist and I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Amie West: I have seen Julie fairly regularly since September 2018 and would highly recommend. She is always very professional, friendly and a very good listener! I always feel relaxed and like a huge weight has been lifted when I leave the session. Julie is very knowledgeable about fertility, and I honestly believe that she is one of the main reasons why I finally managed to become pregnant naturally after 3 failed IVF cycles. I then saw her throughout my pregnancy, and have continued since. Thank you for all your help Julie and our little miracle Eli x

Elaine Milne: I was due to have my first appointment with Jill in April 2020 but after the Covid-19 crisis started, a different approach had to be adopted using the wonders of video conferencing technology. This was absolutely no barrier to the start of my journey and I was still keen to make the improvements to my wellbeing as soon as I could.Jill's knowledge and skill set is absolutely first class and I found it staggering how she could tell almost immediately the path we should follow to support my wellbeing. She is extremely intuitive and insightful, with the perceived barrier of the computer screen proving to be absolutely no obstacle. Just 3 weeks in, I was feeling a marked difference in many ways and Jill has also given me the accountability that I need to stay on track, which is especially valuable in the unusual circumstances that we find ourselves in.I'm enjoying the journey, as well as the improvements I'm experiencing and I feel sure the benefits will continue as I proceed remotely as well as face to face when that's possible again. I can't recommend Jill Glover and the Alma Vale Centre highly enough.

Victoria Gazzard: As a therapist I love working from the Alma Vale Centre and feel very inspired working alongside other fantastic therapists. There is a wonderful team spirit and we all work together to bring the best out in our clients.I've also had the pleasure of being treated by Cath Mowbray when my back was so bad I was unable to massage and her fantastic expertise helped me immensely.I highly recommend the Alma Vale Centre as a place to work and as a place to seek highly skilled and well trained therapists.

Jason Williams: Jill Glover has worked her magic after dislocating my collar bone in a biking accident last year. Acupuncture has helped heal the tendons and ligaments allowing me to get back on my bike and racing again this year. Jill's expertise and professionalism supported me through the recovery. Highly recommended.

Amanda Sullivan Physiotherapy: what do users think?

Jayne Baxter: From my initial phone call Amanda was professional & helpful, immediately putting me at ease. I found her extremely easy to talk to when we met face to face.We now have a plan in place and I am hopeful things will begin to settle in the near future. Thank you!

Sharon Cann: I have been seeing Amanda for a while now with a prolapse. I am awaiting an operation to repair it for the second time and even though things cannot be fixed by physio the exercises Amanda has been giving me has helped to control the problem , making my muscles work better and make things feel better for me. X

Jessica Gibson: I would highly recommend Amanda to anyone experiencing issues with their pelvic floor. In just a couple of sessions Amanda's looked at my various symptoms in the round and helped to provide a tailored programme of exercises and changes. She explains things clearly and communicates between appointments, so I feel supported throughout.

Leah Gough: Highly recommend Amanda to anyone experiencing pelvic health issues. She immediately put me at ease with her professional and empathic approach. Her knowledge and experience is extensive which was very comforting after a sudden and unexpected issue was diagnosed that I assumed I’d have to accept or consider surgery to resolve. Amanda has constructed a holistic plan around my goals, reduced my anxiety and given me a positive outlook on the future. She’s a great advocate of women’s health and truly passionate about her invaluable work.

Adrienn Cserhalmi: I found Amanda through an endometriosis support group where she was a guest speaker talking about all things pelvic floor and pelvic pain. Amanda is personable, friendly and professional, her knowledge both theoretical and practical is amazing. The prescribed course of action worked brilliantly and I cannot thank her enough!

Gemma Workman: .

Gemma Humphries: Amanda is absolutely fantastic and I cannot thank her enough for the help she has given me. I have been in pain for most of my pregnancy; and was not getting anywhere - until I found Amanda after researching online! I had a telephone consultation - Amanda was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful and gave me some tips to be going on with until I saw her face to face. The appointment booking system and communication is absolutely brilliant. The face to face appointment was above and beyond anything I could have asked for. Amanda is absolutely lovely and put me at ease straight away. She is very empathetic, listens and takes a very holistic approach. She gave so much information and the amount of knowledge she has around pelvic health and pregnancy is absolutely second to none. She also checked my tummy muscles and gave exercises which was something I would not have otherwise known about. Amanda sent such a detailed follow up email with everything we had discussed and links to recommendations; this was so appreciated as I did not have to try to remember everything. I have booked for a follow up and for some ante natal sessions with Amanda. I just wish I had found Amanda a few months ago! So incredibly grateful and would absolutely recommend. Thankyou so so much.

Holly Wheeler: I started going to Amanda's pelvic health physio after suffering a trauma to my pelvis, leaving me with incontinence issues and embarassment at just 38 years old. I was worried this would be life now and there would be nothing I could do about it. However, since starting my sessions with Amanda, my pelvic health has hugely improved and I no longer limit my water intake because I am worried about the consequences. I feel so much stronger in this are and have a depth of knowledge about how the pelvic muscles work and the importance of keeping them in good health. My life has massively improved, all thanks to Amanda.

Kelly Jones: After seeing a Chiropractor for pain in my back and hips, they recommended seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist as I was told week pelvic floor could be adding stress to my back/ hips.Amanda is so welcoming, friendly but also professional.I never realised how important my pelvic floor muscles were, and after a very rough delivery of my daughter 9 years ago, I wish I knew at the time how important the exercises were.Amanda has given me the tools to make the changes needed, and the difference is noticeable. I 100% recommended her to anyone who askes, you won't regret it.

Ally Patterson: I was recommended to see Amanda by two senior physiotherapy colleagues after the recent birth of my son. I’m now 7 weeks postpartum and wanted to have a pelvic floor assessment before returning to exercise. Amanda was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. It’s obvious that she has many years of experience in this area. Her assessment was thorough and advice very clear. I now have the confidence to return to exercise post birth knowing that I’ll have a stronger pelvic floor!

Emily Osborne: I got in touch with Amanda just before I had an urgent hysterectomy in June. I am a Pilates and Yoga Instructor and I was really concerned about getting back to feeling strong and fit post surgery. I am so glad I made contact because she has been one of the most important parts of my recovery and confidence. She is so professional and knowledgeable. She listened and really showed understanding of the emotional impact of the surgery I had. After each appointment Amanda has emailed the main points from the session and detailed exercise instructions. Without Amanda's input in my recovery I would just be guessing. She has helped me feel confident enough to teach again after only 12 weeks! Her approach is very holistic. She has ensured that I am fully informed about Menopause symptoms and treatment options available. It is well worth the investment and I highly recommend Amanda.

Linda warner: Amanda was my saviour after experiencing a lot of pelvic / bladder pain and frequency after what I believe now was an untreated UTI. She listened to my issues and taught me how to relax my pelvic floor with pelvic floor exercises and meditation. She also performed pelvic floor physio. I’m so glad I found her otherwise I truly believe I’d still be suffering. Highly recommend.

Alice Burke: Amanda was very thorough, completely tailoring the assessment and treatment plan to my expectations and goals. She enabled me to take control of my post natal recovery. It was so helpful to ensure my pelvic floor contractions were effective

Joseph Simmonds: I highly recommend seeing Amanda if you are male and having pelvic floor issues. She clearly understands the pathophysiology of pelvic floor disease, and approached my condition tactfully and sensitively. On her advice and following her treatment plan has greatly improved my symptoms. Thanks Amanda.

Sabeena Pirooz: Amanda is an absolute godsend and has gone over and above that of a standard pelvic floor physiotherapist. She has eased my concerns re prolapse and has given some very helpful advice/exercises on all aspects of pelvic physiotherapy as well as cross overs with perimenopause/menopause. She really understands what us women go through! Thank you Amanda.

Karen Dennison: I am so pleased to be working with Amanda - she has managed to diagnose the cause of my chronic pain and finally I am on a journey of becoming pain-free after a number of years!Amanda is brilliant - she is professional and knowledgeable, and always explains things as she goes. I can’t speak more highly of her!

Margarida Gomes: Amanda is an extremely professional and experienced physiotherapist. I started visiting Amanda a couple of years after a difficult childbirth that left me with a very weak pelvic floor. I can say that not only her guidance has massively improved my symptoms, but she also taught me the importance of the pelvic floor and how to fully regain my confidence. During each session Amanda always makes sure there is time to discuss my progress, any lingering symptoms, or any questions I might have. I also receive very detailed instructions on what to do to continue to improve. Her sessions have truly been life changing. I believe that all women would benefit from learning more about their pelvic floor and Amanda is definitely someone you can trust to help and guide you.

Kim Davis: I am so grateful to Amanda for her excellent knowledge & how well her guidance through physio made my recovery much easier than anticipated

Wan Ching Yee: I have been suffering from urinary incontinence as part of a neurological condition but through Amanda's guided exercises and support, I have been able to rein back on the need for pads and the constant fear of leakages, and my pelvic floor muscles are vastly improved. It has been hugely important to my wellbeing to feel that it is possible to regain control over one part of my body when the rest of it is in chronic pain and it is thanks to Amanda's expertise and support that I have been able to do so. I was referred to Amanda by a consultant physio and it has been so worthwhile! If you want to address incontinence and other pelvic floor issues, I cannot recommend Amanda's clinic highly enough. She provides an invaluable service and I am so pleased to have met her!

Janet Turner: Firstly, great to be able to explain my bowel problems to someone who responded professionally, sympathetically and reassuringly. A lot of my fears were quickly assuaged. Amanda has taken me on a steady journey of improvement, the results of which have restored my confidence and left me positive for the future.

Bristol Physio: what do users think?

Kate Mc Mahon: After breaking my leg and knee in 2022 I started using Bristol Physio, Nikki has been absolutely brilliant in helping my recovery. So supportive and pushing me to do more. Can't recommend enough.

Iain Doig: High quality and professional experience. Back to baseline running after only a few sessions. Could not recommend enough.

Results DELivery Positivity: Consistently professional treatments and customer service

Fiona Le Tissier: I travelled from Cornwall to see Tony Gill as I needed an injection into my ankle. Tony is totally amazing as previous reviews also confirm. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, dedicated to the best possible patient outcome and caring. I have had many ankle injections in Cornwall that have achieved very little. The injection that Tony gave me, careful assessing the best location for the needle, has really treated the right location. The swelling has gone and the pain as well. I am so grateful to him.

Joni Addis: I've been seeing Holly for a couple of months now and I've gone from constant pain and not knowing the cause despite seeing several specialists, to now pain free with a great exercise routine! She's extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. So thankful to have been recommended this practice and meeting holly.

Jeanette James: I came to see Tony Gill for treatment on my Knee. After over 4 years of pain and discomfort I can not believe the difference, after just a day or so after my Hyaluric injection , I am walking with a stride in my step I haven't done for years it has made me feel so incredibly happy I could have cried.I am overwhelmed with the relief it has given me. Thank you for all the helpful information and professional care.Jeanette James

Catherine Ashwell-Rice: My daughter has been having regular therapy with Kate for almost 5 months now.Kate has been fantastic with her!Kate has an amazing rapport, is friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and informative and most importantly of all has been able to motivate a pre teen to do physio!!My daughter has cerebral palsy so has had physio throughout her childhood and will continue to do so. Finding a physio we both love will literally change my daughters outcomes for the rest of her life

Victoria Morgan: We have been using Bristol physio for over a decade and cannot recommend the team highly enough. My 10 year old daughter recently had a nasty elbow injury and so it was a huge relief to find that Bristol Physio now have a highly specialist paediatric physio - Kate. Under her guidance, after a few months of hard work, we are close to regaining a full range of movement in the elbow which is remarkable. Kate has been kind, friendly, flexible, hugely knowledgeable and supportive throughout. She has built a strong relationship with my daughter and kept the sessions varied and interesting. She has made appropriate referrals back to consultants when we got “stuck” and has provided us with invaluable support both in the sessions and via email in the background. I cannot praise her highly enough and feel lucky that we have had access to her to guide us through this tricky period. Also, a huge shout out for Tony and Charlotte who provide an unbelievable level of support to my husband who has long standing back issues. Their knowledge is immense and the support they provided before, during and after his multiple back operations over the past few years has been nothing short of remarkable. I cannot convey how brilliant they are or imagine how we would possibly manage to navigate his medical issues without them. They are so much more than physios and an absolutely key part of managing my husbands pain, keeping him active and away from further surgery.

Vincent Ellis: he has helped me to get an operation which will transform my life.Tony is incredible.Dedicated. Knowledgeable and effective. He calls on an endless array of techniques to reduce pain and increase mobility.I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is a fantastic therapist and a wonderful human being. He cares deeply about you as a client.Today is six months on from my hip replacement operation.I am pain free. I have increased mobility. I am back playing sport - even jogging and skipping. This is all thanks to Tony Gill.He helped secure my hip operation

James Bunting: . Would absolutely recommend her

Zed Hair: I am literally walking on air after 6 months of horrendous back pain I feel sore but amazing. Tony Gill I want to keep you to myself....the guy is a magician!!!

B F: I went to see Louis for back pain after a climbing session triggered something. He listened to my concerns and gave me advice and exercises that helped me recover and allowed me to go on the holiday I thought i would have to cancel. Super friendly too

A Coleman: Very professional and knowledgeable staff

Jeremy Grimoldby: Great appointment at Bristol Physio. Alice was very helpful and clear. Managed to fit alot in to one appointment.

V Sed: The physio I received from Louis was great. The session was jam-packed with work on my shoulder and I came away with a list of beneficial exercises.

Claire Thomson: I had a frozen shoulder treated with a hydrodilatation procedure by Tony Gill in mid-September 2022. It was pure chance that I was temporarily based in Bristol when my shoulder was at its worst, and I feel so lucky to have been treated at Bristol Physio. All the team members I encountered were very professional, and yet kind and friendly. Tony called me in advance to explain the procedure, and was incredibly reassuring on the day. Hydrodilatation is not a pleasant procedure, and I had a painful cortisone flare 3-5 days afterwards, but for me it was worth it. After a week the pain was significantly reduced and after 3-4 weeks my arm felt almost back to normal. 4 months on, with a bit of help from my workplace physio, I have near-normal movement and hardly any discomfort. If I have frozen shoulder again, or other similar issues, I’ll definitely go back to Tony and Bristol Physio. Thank you!

Vanessa Scaife: Both Jethro and Siofra have been brilliant, very professional and have really helped me with rehab exercises

Liz Robinson: I broke my shoulder in December 2021and on the recommendation of my doctor, to ease the pain, I booked in with Tony Gill for a steroid injection. Tony was very thorough in his assessment and the ultrasound machine ensured that the injection was delivered to just the right spot. Tony is a shoulder expert and was able to recommend home exercises to do to help my recovery. They worked and a year on I now have full movement and strength back in my shoulder. His professional and friendly approach combined with knowledge and experience made my physio appointments an enjoyable experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. I also had a few sport massages with Chloe, again a fantastic experience. Thank you Bristol Physio.

Donald Sparling: Good availability, easy to find. Sensitive and pragmatic treatment.

The Physio Clinic Bristol Ltd: what do users think?

Kate Beetham: This is the place to go. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. I was treated by Dave for Plantar Faceitis and I can't speak highly enough about my experience. The therapy treatment was spot on as well as identifying exact exercises and following it up with emailed descriptions and support and all wrapped in a friendly attentive bun. Thanks you so much,Paul

Bernie Robsinson: I would like to thank David Lee the physio for getting me mobile again after a total knee replacement this is the second time I have used physio clinic for knee replacement. Very professional and friendly and gave lots of information and advice throughout 👍

Moya L: - thank you for everything so far Jenny, you have given me such a confidence boost moving forward!

Owen Kellie-Smith: Dave Mercy was brilliant. He worked out what causing me pain, gave me immediate relief plus a recovery plan that worked and a strategy for avoiding the problem that also worked. This was about 3 years ago and I've had no trouble since.

Jeremy Gilson: I have always found the team at The Physio Clinic to be really friendly and helpful. The whole booking process is well organised and the advice given is spot on. I would recommend them to anyone and will certainly use them again if I have a need.

Antony L: I have been seeing anh Waite at this clinic every 2 weeks for a few months now. She’s very professional & friendly. I have had severe tennis elbow for 6 months and until I met Anh I felt like I was never going to see the back of this injury. After 5 sessions I already started to feel the improvement a chiropractor told me I would see in 24 sessions with him…. LOL. Anh really knows her stuff, gives great advice about your injury and the steps you can take to encourage recovery at home as well as at the clinic & that alone shows how genuine she is in wanting you to recover. Will forever use Anh now for any potential sporting injuries or recovery issues I may need 100%.

Sam Wentland: Following an ongoing hamstring injury I went to see David Lee at the physio clinic following recommendation from family. Dave was extremely helpful and knowledgeable around what my problem was as well as offering multiple tailored exercises to aid recovery. Dave’s experience with long distance running has also been a huge help for me as he has been on hand to offer advice not only in the recovery of my injury but also how I can best get maximum performance out of myself in my upcoming marathon. Would recommend to anyone.

Kieron white: 5/5 stars, excellent service by everyone involved, but in particular, Rhys Cook. I had been forced to stop playing sport due to an injured groin, but Rhys has allowed me to return by working with me to strengthen the legs and as a result, made them stronger than they were before I came Into the clinic. He diagnosed my injury perfectly, and rehabbed it to an extremely high standard, I cannot praise this practice and Rhys enough, by far the best clinic and physio around.

David Pullin: Great service ,Always sorts my back out

Anna Hall: Me and my son have visited the clinic over the last couple of years with various injuries. We’ve had brilliant advice, care and practical support each time always tailored to what we want and need and our goals. Highly recommended.

Haydn Crockford: I damaged my back with 2 weeks to go before a charity MMA fight. Rhys Cook got me fit to fight in time with excellent advice and sports massage sessions. Highly recommended.

katrina pailing: I used the physio clinic after an injury that was not getting better after visiting them at the local gym. After just three treatments my leg has improved so much and feels a lot stronger then before. Very happy with the service received from Ann.

Marcus Fisher: Very good service by The Physio Clinic; explained my injury well to help understand, before prescribing a thorough recovery routine.

Sylvia Crump: Really good results from shoulder painEasy to book appointments, nice, calm environment

Jakki Whitehead: Following a lot of sciatic pain I booked an appointment with David Lee at the Physio Clinic to see whether he thought I had really damaged my spine and needed medical intervention, or whether he thought that there were exercises I could do to improve the situation. He was able to reassure me with regard to the probable cause of pain, and gave me some exercises whilst telling me what to look for in a deteriorating condition. This gave me confidence in managing the situation, a month later the pain was receding. In the second session, David really listened to my concerns about looking after my body as I grew older. He was able to suggest core body strengthening exercises which fitted in to my everyday life enabling improvement in my posture, strength and flexibility.By the last session, sciatic pain had almost vanished but I had good practice in place to help me maintain good physical health. I was very pleased with the professional assessment, advice and guidance from David, and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

FITZ AND PHYSIO: what do users think?

Gail Greer: I have been going to see Claire for pelvic health physio and this is the first time that I have felt truly ‘heard’ by a practitioner.Claire has been able to relate and understand my concerns and needs. She has given me reassurance, guidance and confidence to take control of my pelvic floor health. She has also put together a structured programme of exercises to enable me to become strong again.I’m only sorry that I didn’t meet her years ago when I first started this journey with my pelvic floor problems.

Rose Unwin: Claire's program is THE bomb! I would never have rehabilitated so successfully postpartum without Mums & Bubs. I found myself really anticipating each Monday and Friday video release. Claire is delightful and explains the movements nice and clearly. I no longer have any 'issues' and I can run again hurray 😁

BOARC Learn to Row: I’ve been doing the online postnatal Pilates for 3 months now. It’s fab.For the first time in I don't know how long my shoulder doesn't hurt all of the time and I've even managed to use my rowing machine for the first time in about 18 months. I'm beyond thrilled.

Sian Morgan: Claire has an amazing approach that is calm and empowering. She instantly made me feel comfortable in the 1 to 1 physio session and listened to me attentively. I would highly recommend an appointment with Claire as I am sure she will allay any fears and help to educate and encourage you.

Emma Pro Pelvic Floor: Claire's postnatal classes are brillliant. She is a one of a kind person and physio. She is fun and charismatic and applies her knowledge and experience to deliver a truly effective, very functional and enjoyable class. Highly recommend ++++

Sarah Wilkinson: I've been going to Claire's mums and bubs pilates classes for about 8 months now and really enjoy them. It's a great way of being able to achieve some time to do something for myself, while spending time with my baby and knowing that she is happy too. The classes have been a great way to get fit again after pregnancy and birth and Claire is very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable - she manages to make the classes both challenging and fun. I'd highly recommend!

Fiona K: I have been attending Claire's 'Mum and Bub' Pilates classes for over six months now. The sessions have really helped me to improve my core strength and stability following the birth of my second child. Claire provides a full body work out with just the right amount of physical challenge in a relaxed and friendly environment. I wish I had been able to attend her classes after the birth of my first child too!

Elizabeth Fox: I really enjoy Claire's Mum and Bubs classes, she is a great teacher and I feel like the classes are really helping me get my fitness back after having a baby, as well as being a nice way to unwind. There are loads of toys to keep babies entertained and Claire is great at helping when the babies need a bit more attention! Would definitely recommend!

claire whipp: We have loved going to Claire’s classes. Her classes are relaxed, fun and progressive. Claire’s structured classes have enabled me to safely regain muscle strength and tone, while the little one plays. A lovely way to do some exercise with like minded Mums. Highly recommend.

Jo Halliday: I've been going to Claire's 'Mum and Bub' pilates classes for 6 months now and have really noticed the difference it has made. Claire is a great teacher and gives you helpful tips and feedback throughout. I feel a lot stronger now and I look forward to the class each week. It's a really nice atmosphere and the little ones have a great time playing and watching us all. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Ellie Edwards: I've noticed such a difference to my posture and core strength since starting Claire's Mum and Bub pilates classes. There's a great selection of toys to keep the babies stimulated and a really warm, fun atmosphere where you get to meet other mums. I've been taught by many pilates instructors in the past and really notice the difference with Claire's sessions - her physio background and specialist knowledge really shines through - I highly recommend the classes.

Jenny Allan: I’ve attended Claire’s ‘Mum and Bub’ Pilates class for almost a year now since my 3rd baby was very tiny. I have found the class really enjoyable but also so beneficial in terms of building my strength and fitness back up. Claire is a very warm, friendly person and very knowledge about postnatal exercise and care. I’ve seen the difference the class has made to my strength after having the baby and I’ve got a new love and appreciation for Pilates!
