The Ivy Clifton Brasserie: what do users think?

Adam Raw: The food was good, well presented but nothing to get overly excited about. It was late at night and the place was slowly emptying so the atmosphere was quieter than normal. The service from everyone we dealt with was really top notch. Very friendly, attentive but not intrusive and above all helpful.I would go again for the surroundings and staff.

TGM DESIGN: Very nice meal, staff and food were too notch. This is my 3rd visit and will most definitely not be my last. The beef tartare is to die for and the eggs Benedict is a close second. I had the chicken Milanese but that’s quite filling. The zucchini fritters are pretty good, make sure to ask for them crispy.Lovely atmosphere , always busy so best to book too.Thank you ivy Clifton see you soon.

Gabriela Croitoru: Beautiful experienceWe came in quite late on a Saturday with our little one, the staff were so amazing, they had organised us our own little table away from the busy side of the restaurant. It meant a lot to us because our little one felt more comfortable and at ease during our dinner. The food was absolutely delicious, served and presented beautifully by the lovely staff! They made us feel comfortable and relaxed! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Cote - Bristol (Quakers Friars): what do users think?

Lauren Airey: Extremely good experience, far better than an average meal out. Better than The Ivy etc which are more expensive, better than comparatively priced chain restaurants. Exceptional service, beautiful food, great wine, we had a really great evening out as a family.Kid-friendliness: Very good varied kids menu, with actual food rather than just basic junk! Staff really good with kids and treated them as individuals.

Jason Silver: Had a lovely dinner here. Always a lovely experience at Cote.

Heber Alonso de la Parra Morales: A small and cozy authentic french restaurant, Jérôme is just an amazing guy, friendly and helpful, I ordered steak medium well with a garlic-butter, and it was delectable, The food portions are good enough, but the "must" is their home made, creme brulee, it's even better than many places in France. Thanks Jérôme and your staff for an amazing dinner.

Cote - Bristol (Clifton Village): what do users think?

Peter Hamblysmith: Update March 2024: Refurbished Cote is better than ever. Great service, good food, and on Saturday lunchtime, what a buzz! At peak time, best book.Update: Breton chicken, really is their must try dish. Always thought chicken was dry boring and plain; how wrong could one be! Succulent, fragrant, and delicious. Dont miss it.Pleasant food, comfortable decor, attentive service with a dash of charm, and as good for breakfast or lunch as it is for supper. When in Bristol and you scratch your head as to where to go, there's always Cote. Wish there were a few more like it.

Eugenie Bailey: Came here for a big birthday meal for a colleague of mine and our sever Victor was amazing, so attentive and fast at getting our orders in. Food was lovely I got the set menu which a charcuterie board and steak frittes for under £17 which is incredible value for such a lovely restaurant. For a Wednesday evening in Clifton the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere as well. I would absolutely recommend booking for a celebration!

Dave Pearce: An excellent night out, excellent facilities, food, drink and staff especially VictorParking: Parking available on street with pay at machine

Phil Janes: Visited Cote on a Thursday evening at 6pm before heading to a performance at the Redgrave. The dining areas are really nice and cosy, and had a nice atmosphere with plenty of tables filled. The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. We couldn't fault them. The food was delicious - we had beef bourguignon and pork belly, and finished with a cheese selection. Really lovely food and I would say great value for money compared to a lot of places that have put their prices up quite a bit. Would recommend and we'll be back!

Bow Masters: Great foodFelt very special on my birthdayVictor was amazing very passionate and attentiveBest waiter I’ve come across for a whileMussels weren’t the best tasting but the sauce was lovleyThankyou all

Café Rouge - Bristol Cribbs: what do users think?

Nicola wilcox: but the team were amazing. A special thanks and gratitude goes to Zoe who was the manager on duty and our waitress. She was brilliant. My daughter is autistic and quite fussy and she catered for her brilliantly. My daughter eats with her eyes. She ate the toastie but left the cakes so they were bought home in some boxes supplied by Zoe.

Mandy Orchard: Our table was booked for 1pm but we were delayed in traffic so arrived late. That was not a problem. Our drinks order was taken and we ordered our main courses. The the fire alarm in The Mall went off and everyone was evacuated. We returned to our table around 20 minutes later and our food arrived quite quickly afterwards. It was all excellent.

Wilson's Restaurant: what do users think?

Sheila Campbell: One of the best meals I have had. Thank you for making my birthday special.

Hel b: With advanced notice Wilsons were able to create a vegetarian and coeliac/gluten free tasting menu for me which was absolutely phenomenal. Every course was delicious and the flavours just amazing. My dinner companions had the ‘normal’ tasting menu and were delighted with their food too. Very grateful for the efforts they went to - thank you!!Dietary restrictions: Advanced warning required, but dietary requirements catered for

Kevin Turner: I flew in from the USA and hit them up to make a reservation months in advance. They accommodated me and the reservation was there when I showed up.The food was phenominal. It was a tasting menu. About 8 courses. We were all very happy with everything. The vibe inside is very relaxed anf laid back. Considering the cost if dinner I am suprised more money hasn't been put into the decor, though I don't feel it detracted to much from the experience. Would definitely go back!

harriet welch: . The food was out of this world and it was especially lovely talking to some of the chefs at the end. We'll be sure to come back again soon

tabitha platt: Amazing food with really decent prices for a tasting menu with such quality food and amazing service. I only have good things to say. Everyone working there we interacted with was friendly and warm. Love the focus on local and seasonal produce. Everything tasted super fresh and bright in flavour. I also loved that they did wine by the carafe so could try a few throughout the meal without going in for the full on pairing.

Hannah Newton: pairings. All from their farm and homegrown, the food was bursting was taste and texture. I can imagine each time you go it would be a new experience with their ever changing menu. It’s on the expensive side so it’s perfect for an occasion or if you fancy somewhere special. We will definitely be visiting again!
