Soprano T: It was lovely place comfortable clean .Love the jacuzzi and tv in the bathroom.Nice mood lighting all around the suiteHad a great time.Would highly recommend will use again.
Jordan Woods: Got as far as cancelling a our booking, some random private number messages my missus asking what time we would be aiming to arrive. To be told swiftly no and needed to arrive later. They then went onto try and upsell “love packages” and was told if we had any special request….”do not hesitate to ask” strange in my eyes.I have read reviews and seen stuff about addicts hanging about outside things not working and staff being rude as well as deposits not being returned. It’s a lot of money to never see again….NO THANKS!

Ivan Ernesto Chacon: The hotel is ok the issue here is the food and its prices, 10+ pounds for an British breakfast that was terrible.Scrambled eggs from microwave…. Terrible expensive for that quality and quantity.This hotel does not provide even a bottle of water and charge you additional 4 pounds more for the room service … so, few customers but they need to paid for everything

Mark Cutmore: I've known other people stay here and have a nice experience, so maybe I was unlucky with the room, but I can only rate on what I experienced.The room was very old and tired, windows were paper thin, charging sockets by bed didn't work and the bathroom was in a bad way. The hose connecting to the shower head was so short that at maximum height it was only halfway up the bracket so I had to squat very low to wash my hair.Staff were all lovely and breakfast was fine. Very old fashioned and I'm sure it was a luxury experience 30+ years ago but the whole approach doesn't stand up to more modern 3 star hotels.

James Stocks: Don’t even know where to start, didn’t even bring the bags in.Checked in and went to have a look of the room and the hotel is like something out of a horror show, the whole floor I was on stunk of cannabis, the bed had stains on there was scratches above the headboard on the wall and stains on the floor and a mouldy smell, could tell they don’t clean it properly and if that’s the case I wonder what on earth goes on in there because something didn’t feel right. I then left and gave the key back and decided to go find somewhere else, they won’t give me a refund as they had other rooms to offer me but if I don’t feel safe and comfortable in a place I’m sleeping I’m not staying there simple as that.

Hannah Kay: I was a bit dubious due to some reviews but we had an overnight with spa-Firstly, I agree the Spa is a bit dated BUT the staff were attentive and friendly.Lunch, dinner & breakfast were all fabulous, again with really enthusiastic staff.We stayed in one of the lodges which was perfectly clean, my only issue was it was rather warm but that's a personal preference as I sleep with windows wide open in the winter.We would and will visit again when up this way.Rooms: Really clean and comfortableNearby activities: Otley nearby is well worth the visit and the woodland park.Walkability: Great walks from the doorFood & drinks: Gorgeous food throughout the stay
