Solution Focused Hypnotherapy focuses on moving forward with positive changes in your life, rather than living in the past. It combines using Psychotherapy (a form of talking therapy), Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), alongside Hypnotherapy. Hypnosis uses guided relaxation to allow the mind to focus on thoughts, suggestions and realistic goals, that are gently processed in the brain and used in the future.

My name is Alyson Hunter and I have been a medium for over 20 years. I have been aware of spirit since I was very young and originally sat in a development circle with my Grandmother who was a Medium and Healer. I accompanied her to many Spiritualist churches where she gave demonstations of Mediumship and the Philosophy surrounding the Spirit World. I now feel very priviledged to be able to work alongside the spirit world to bring knowledge and comfort to those loved ones left behind.

I am also A Reiki Master and offer healing as part of my service. I developed an interest in Reiki after receiving treatments myself for stress, and felt drawn to practice it. I have seen some astonishing result in both humans and animals and thoroughly enjoy healing with its energies. I have been a reiki healer and master for over 7 years originally training in the Usui system of reiki but am also attuned and a certified practitioner in Tera Mei Seichem Reiki, Shamballah, Ma'heo'o Reiki, and Fairy Reiki. To enhance my healing and mediumship skills, I also hold certificates in Unicorn healing energy system, Energy and Magic of the Fairies, Christ Healing Energy, Dolphins of Atlantis, Stonehenge energies and The Akashic Records.

Most of my work is done at home apart from the animal communication and healing, in which case I am a mobile therapist, however I can visit clients in their own homes in certain circumstances.

Hey! I’m Suzanne Hughes, Reiki Practitioner & Clinical Hypnotherapist to successful, high-achieving women. I work with women at a subconscious and energetic level to heal old wounds and release limiting beliefs, so they can create space for more peace, joy and love in their lives.

The problem is, from a very young age we’re conditioned to believe that our happiness and worthiness is dependent on what we HAVE and DO. As a result, we continue to strive to have more and to do more, never feeling quite good enough and never feeling the joy or fulfilment that we crave.

I help women to break free from the hamster-wheel of having and doing, and work with them to reconnect with themselves so they can surrender to BEING. Using my unique 3-pronged approach, women learn how to cultivate space and stillness within themselves so they can find their truth and safety WITHIN and no longer need to look for it OUT THERE.

The reason why you haven’t been able to solve your problems until now is because you’ve been trying to solve the wrong issue. Your anxiety, your overwhelm, your dissatisfaction, your weight, your financial situation, your relationships, your career – these are all just symptoms of your problem. The REAL issue is that your subconscious holds the belief that whatever it is that you REALLY want deep down in your core – that just isn’t safe for you. And when your subconscious and your conscious mind is out of alignment, the subconscious will always win because its primary objective is to always keep you safe.

Hypnotherapy enables us to access the subconscious mind, heal old wounds and release beliefs about what is and isn’t safe. I then support you to take rapid, aligned action to signal to your subconscious that it’s safe for you to do so, therefore reinforcing new beliefs and making taking action easy!

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is etymologically from Japanese reiki (霊気), meaning ‘Universal Life Force’ or ‘Spiritual Energy’. Today, in the West, we know Reiki as a form of hands-on complementary therapy that can be used to heal a range of physical and emotional issues. However, its roots suggest that it wasn’t initially intended to be a therapy at all – it was a spiritual way of life.
