4worldlovers: I have been helping people for over 28 years. I started by providing one to one support for individuals through counselling and hypnotherapy on a range of issues, such as stress management, coping with bereavement, and support for those who are dealing with trauma and health issues.

Emotional and physical health go hand in hand, so over the years I have expanded my practice by undertaking courses in nutrition, weight management, reiki, reflexology and massage. I work closely with clients to identify the core issues within their life and use a blended approach to help them become happier and healthier.

I work with people from all ages and backgrounds and find it remarkable how with the right guidance, people can truly learn how to get the best from life. In addition to this, over the last 20 years I have begun to run courses for those who wish to learn more about complementary therapies and healing and have supported many colleagues in gaining confidence and experience within this profession; I love both teaching and working one to one with people.
