Zair Mahd: For context I had a silver en suite accommodationI know you can have a worse experience.However my experience was quite terrible.Straight off the bat, my room had dents in the desk as well as dried paint of some sort.The floor was dirty, not mopped or even at the bare minimum sweeped.The wood at the bottom of the wardrobe was rotted; especially in the corners.The wardrobe had a hinge in which the screws were sticking outside of the wardrobe.The window does a terrible job of keeping noise out. I can hear all the cars going by, which is a annoying, as well as drunk shameless people having arguments on the streets.The boarding behind the sink looks dirty and I tried cleaning this but it seemed to be stuck onto the rough jagged paint.The tap for my sink was loose from the actual sink. And hard to open and close. ( Which was fixed by IQ, but still putting these issue here)Moving onto the the boiler room, they provided a vacuum, however this vacuum like many others in other people's apartments stank horridly.A mop was provided but it was extremely dirtyThere was no light bulb attached to the light of the boiler room.The kitchen floor was not clean and had alot of dry dirt on it.Other than that the kitchen did look nice.A shelf of the a draw in the kitchen was missing but this was fixed by IQ.The door hinges soft closing did not work likely because parts were loose of the soft close mechanism. (This should be an easy fix)If these issues were not there I would have had a great first impression of IQ.Sadly quality control was to put it bluntly very bad.And I am 90% sure I will not be staying here next year.

Raluca Diana Tino: What was supposed to be a romantic birthday weekend got converted into a disastrous horror experience.I have booked 2 nights for £350.00. When arrived and checked in got debited extra £100.00 as safety deposit. We have been accompanied to the apartment by a staff member, and for our surprise, when entered it was a very strong smell of weed.We've went immediately out from there, and staff members apologised for the incident.We have seen ourselves in the situation of finding a new accommodation which wasn't easy task. Kindly, the staff have agreed to make a full refund, but for our surprise, now the owner does not agree to it and debited £150.00 on my card and he is claiming that are cancellation fees.Currently I have blocked £600.00 on my account for a service I haven't received and God knows when I will be getting them back....As didn't want to create further problems to the staff which were trying to be nice, I haven't reported to the police at the moment; but recognise that I am regretting it now.I am aware that the staff are not responsible for the customer bad behaviour; what I am surprised of is that the owner hasn't been receptive and does not want to help and insists he is right to charge me a cancellation fee.Definitely, I am not recommending anybody to book and hopefully the staff will get a nicer place to work.

Keith Wilkinson: Didn't get what I paid for as myself and my party were put up in a shabby flat which I'm convinced belonged to the man who forgot about my booking... avoid at all costs!
