4worldlovers: Ryecroft Wellness is run by me, Jules, from my home at Ryecroft Hall here at the edge of the Tong Valley, a special little corner of green nestled in between Leeds and Bradford in West Yorkshire.

I am a Yoga Teacher, Reiki healer, women’s holistic health specialist, space holder and ceremony & ritual facilitator.


In person and now online I currently run weekly small group yoga and meditation classes from my private yoga barn space here at Ryecroft.

I hold space in women’s circles, for New and Full Moon Ceremonies, where I guide those in the circle through breathwork, reflection, journaling and ritual.

I support women with a mindfully created bespoke fertility journey and yoga programme, as well as offering specialist pregnancy and post-natal yoga and support.

I also run other public and private events, workshops and ceremonies. Including restorative yoga and breathwork sessions, private retreats, mothers Blessings and mother warming or ‘closing the bones’ ceremonies.
