Andrew Hearn: Can't rate this place enough. I've done plumbing, plastering, and am about to finish a joinery course. The instructors are all very skilled in their respective trades and the class sizes are small enough that you have time to go at your own pace and really learn.All the instructors are very approachable and happy to answer questions, however stupid I thought they might sound.If you're considering a course here my advice is to do it. I started with virtually no practical skill at all and after each course I'm now confident that I can put these skills to good use in my house, and what I could produce by the end of each course is much better than what I've seen some tradesmen produce. You'll be pleasantly surprised by how much you'll learn at this place, even with no prior experience.
Donna Payne: I came to this course knowing very little about plumbing but I’m leaving with sufficient confidence and knowledge to tackle bathroom and kitchen plumbing, radiator and garden tap installation. Ive learnt about different connecting methods such as hard fix and flexi, compression, push fit and soldering. I managed to master the art of pipe bending without flaws (kinks/ripples) to varying angles required for each task, which was very satisfying. There was plenty of opportunity also to practice soldering though this was definitely my weakest area. I need to continue practicing. Materials were in good supply and tools worked appropriately. I had lots of fun throughout my 5day course, there’s a very supportive atmosphere. ‘Big Paul’ is knowledgeable in his field and keeps things simple. I would, without doubt, return to this centre to gain more skills on other courses

I can’t fault the training at Brookhouse Training, it was excellent. The facilities are exceptional and tutor Steve Rosher is one of the best trainers I’ve ever had. I learnt a lot and I have no doubt this is what secured my full-time job offer with Ultra-Warm Ltd.

Thomas Ruddy: Excellent programme , initially reluctant to make the leap into another career as I was working as a retail manager. Brookhouse enabled me to re-train as a gas engineer and get my ACS in around 6 months with training and a placement they organised for my portfolio. I was taken on by my placement and worked for them and another company over the next 18 months before I started my own business. I now have my own plumbing and heating business and can honestly say its the best career move i've ever made. It was all made possible with the aid of Brookhouse training who have been nothing but accommodating and helpful every step of the way. ........very professional team who gave me all the tools and training I needed to make the initial transition to starting a new career in plumbing and heating.

Aiysha L I Y A H: This college was the worst place I applied to for my teacher training, unfortunately due to their level of unprofessionalism I never passed and never became a teacher. I applied for a course in September 2020 and due to COVID I never received a placement till 6 months on the course, they sent me to the worst school in Bradford - Hanson School Academy which is no place to send a new trainee due to the poor attitude of the teachers and students alike, (the teachers in the science department) (science was my specialism area) after this placement was finished I waited 6 months for another placement by which then they sent me to a SEND provision at Bradford College which was not convenient as proper school experience was required, this college did not help in my passing at all and contributed to me not passing the course, the white mentors are racist and it is pretty obvious what their aim is to coloured Asian students. I'm sorry but this college lacks professionalism and they are failing their own students rather than passing them.
