Been going to Marks classes for the last 10 years and will go for the next 10 that's how good he is. His YOGA / PILATES classes vary from time to time. He is always encouraging and positive and help and support you if you are struggling with any of the movements. He address the sessions to your level, it could be easy, medium or hard. His motto is health, strength and prosperity. Always feel better physical and mental after one one of his classes then before. I highly recommend one of his classes.
I've been going to Marks pilates & MATIP yoga classes for the last 2 years. I look forward to going each week. The routines are varied and have helped me with by back and hip issues. Marks sense of humour add to the classes and leave me feeling uplifted in both body and spirit. I can defiantly recommend going to marks classes- you won't regret it!

Emma Riley: Sarah is a fab Pilates instructor. She really knows her stuff, always makes you feel welcome and she will work wonders on your body 👍👍
Nicola Holt: Hugely recommend pilates with Sarah! I did her pre-natal and currently doing her post-natal classes. She's so knowledgeable about pregnancy and its effects on the body, both during and afterwards, so you know you're getting the best experience for the stage you're at. You can tell how much passion and enthusiasm she has for what she does and she's so supportive and welcoming of everybody. Also just a genuinely lovely, fun person and loves a cuddle with the babies to give the mums a chance to get the most out of classes! Definitely book if you can!

Dan Gould: Excellently structured classes and workshops in an amazing Victorian building with wooden floors, high ceilings, huge windows and a really relaxed and comfortable feel... Love it!
Jamie Smith: Heather Yoga is in a vibrant space and creates a sense of calm in you the moment you set through the door.I have probably been to 30 or so classes now at Heather Yoga, and have enjoyed my time there immensely. All of the instructors are knowledgeable, patient and welcoming.I would particularly recommend the 'Yoga and Meditation' class on a Sunday morning, which I have found a great way to unwind at the weekend.I would highly recommend this studio to anyone with an interest in Yoga, whether beginner or experienced Yogi. Go and see for yourself; you won't regret it.
