I came in today with my parents to get a gift of a mug for a teacher as I’m leaving College. Angela helped me and showed me how to change the font and colour as well as add the photo. I was very impressed so then decided to get two more mugs for other teachers. Again she showed me what to do. I had messages and pictures on two pink mugs and a green one. We came back after half and hour to collect them and they looked really good I can’t wait to gift them next week. I also want to say that the store was really busy but she spent time with us and I didn’t feel rushed. Sammi commented how good the mugs looked. I am an art and photography student so know what to look for and I can be picky, My mum was also very happy with the service today. I will go back for a gift for Father’s day. I couldn’t buy it today because my dad was there!!
I visited the shop on Thursday June 8,2023. The two staff on duty Sami and Angela were very hostile and exhibited/demonstrated all attributes of a RACIST. When I questioned the quality of service being different from what was advertised, they became very aggressive. I urge you to investigate the incident. A download of the CCTV footage if any could be very helpful. They also refused to give me any contact where I can formally make a complaint. I took the initiative to report the incident to the management of Kirkgate market Bradford where the shop is located.I do hope this report will be given all the attention it deserves.
Went in to do my passport renewal. It only took Angela 10 minutes, she was efficient and gave great service. Hoping my passport doesn’t take long to arrive. Worth paying for.
We got 3 photos in frames for my brothers funeral. Angela helped me and was very kind when I got a bit upset. She was really helpful to us.

Andy Carden: I’ve done three workshops with David and I’ll probably do a fourth! He is a very talented photographer and a great tutor. He has an in-depth knowledge of the locations and plenty of alternatives up his sleeve in case the weather turns inclement. On each of the workshops I’ve been on we have managed to shoot everyday - long hours but hugely enjoyable. David has superb technical know-how. He is patient and easygoing and with bags of enthusiasm for his subject. He tailors his advice to suit both beginners and experienced photographers alike, regardless of whether you need advice on composition or just on what shutter speed to use. I feel that I have learned something new on every occasion and that my photography has improved tremendously as a result. I would recommend his workshops without hesitation. It speaks volumes that on the last one I attended all the photographers had previously been on one of David’s workshops and were returning for more.
