The yoga was well guided with alternatives for both beginners and people who wanted to do a little more.The day had variety with a journaling session, a beautiful sound bath session, making sage bundles and meditation.Oh and the food…… delicious! Home grown whole food. Sooo tasty!Calming lovely surroundings too, I will be returning and would highly recommend.Thankyou for a wonderful day

Nicola Furbisher: Julia offers a warm and welcoming space in her beautifully-converted barn. I regularly attend her power flow classes on a Tuesday night and find them hugely uplifting - the energey of the flow combined with the emphasis throughout on breath and relaxation means I leave lighter than air and feeling fabulous. Mats, equipment, blankets etc are all provided meaning I can leave literally all my baggage behind. I love her classes.

I attended from 21 weeks pregnant and I found the classes so relaxing and very beneficial to my strength throughout my pregnancy and also my labour. The yoga practice helped with breathing in labour and also my core strength. I never faced any backache through my pregnancy and I put it down to my practice with Jules. She is professional,knowledgeable and also super friendly. Myself and the other mums to be enjoyed chats with Jules over a cup of tea after every class she made us all feel like a community.After having my son I have gone back to Jules postnatal yoga and am thoroughly enjoying practicing again. Her new studio is also very nice. The perfect space to let go and enjoy some yoga practice. I would highly recommend jules classes.

She pushes you to improve your practice within your own limits, and adapts poses for your capabilities. The barn is a great space providing a calm, relaxing space. It’s a great way to spend an evening. I always leave feeling great. Would recommend to all levels of yogi!

Bethany Wright: I attended Jules yoga class 8 weeks after having my first baby, I was not only scared about being terrible at yoga, but what about if I had to feed my baby, or change him or he cried!? Being a new mum and attending groups is daunting.When I got there I felt instantly calmed by Jules, she's such a warming genuine person who made the room of first time mums feel so at ease! She is an excellent yoga teacher, giving people different options throughout the session. Would recommend her classes to anyone!

My daughter loves going to yoga now. I also go to Jules flow yoga adult class and I feel so much better going, not only physically but also mentally. Her studio is beautiful and a very peaceful place to practise at. I can’t recommend my yoga tribe enough! X

Nicola Cowburn: individually and offers suggestions and modifications.I’ve attended her power flow class on a Tuesday which is a challenging and gentle flow, but be prepared to work up a sweat. I’ve also attended two workshops, building a home practice and Relax and Unwind both of which were excellent. Both workshops were on the same day and the mince pies and tea went down a treat in between the two sessions!I’m so glad I found ‘My Yoga Tribe’, I’d been struggling to find classes nearer to home at times I could fit in. If you’ve been thinking about attending a class, give it ago.

Jules is just the person I was looking for! I have been going to her post natal class for five months and can't wait to make it to her Yoga or Power Flow, when Daddy can take over the reins.

Emilie Bradley: I would highly recommend Jules' pregnancy yoga class. Jules is friendly, very knowledgeable and a great teacher. Her classes are the perfect mix of strengthening yoga flow alongside relaxation/ mindfulness - just what you need in pregnancy. I was struggling with lower back pain and Jules gave me some yoga stretches to try which completely cured my pain. I have tried a few different yoga classes, hers are the best I've been to.

I currently attend the post natal yoga sessions and Been a newbie to Yoga I was unsure what to expect but Jules is so welcoming and the classes are so relaxed.Every move is explained so well as well as why it will benefit you. It’s so good to be able to attend and take your baby along with you.

With every move she explains why you are doing it, what you are trying to achieve and what correct form looks like. The classes are relaxed and wecoming with an open and friendly atmosphere. It's great to be able to do something for yourself whilst being able to bring your baby along. I always leave the class feeling stretched, relaxed and refreshed.I cannot recommend these classes more highly! 💜

I have attended pregnancy yoga since about 20 weeks and feel it has really helped with the aches and pains associated with pregnancy. I have never done yoga before and Jules’ style of teaching is clear and easy to understand. The setting is welcoming and you’ll definitely find yourself going back for more!

I've always been very picky when it comes to classes as I need a combination of being pushed to improve coupled with enough time to mediate and unwind. This is exactly what My Yoga Tribe offers and I will keeping coming back for the Tuesday Power Flow class.

Laura Giles: I attended pregnancy yoga classes with Jules and can't recommend her enough! The classes gave me an opportunity to connect with my body and baby through stretching, breathing and mantras which ultimately helped in labour.I now attend mum and baby classes on a weekly basis with my now 5 month old daughter. But started when she was about about 6 weeks. The class is a slow flow with breathing and core stabilizing work. It is mum focused and very warm and welcoming with a cuppa and chit chat at the end.You can stop to feed, change, comfort baby as needed and Jules provides some toys to keep the little ones entertained. We even manage some savasana at the end! I love coming and will miss the class so much when I go back to work.

It is a beautiful and tranquil space and the teachers are kind and welcoming. I truly look forward to each session and wish I could attend more than once a week! 🙏❤️

Lucy Westwood: realises how much she is really helping people. Its amazing!You are provided so much support, in and outside of the sessions, once you have attended regular updates about upcoing classes and useful tips you can try at home are sent to you via whatsapp. You really do get so much for your money. Of all the yoga classes I have tried over the years, this is the best overall. It really feels like a little community once you are part of the group. No judgement, just open minded, kind people, all getting together to better their mental wellbeing, physical strength, recovering from injuries and so much more, in a very safe space!I have introduced 2 of my friends who now attend weekly and absolutely love it, along with encouraging as many people as possible to get into yoga in general. It really is life changing.

Tanya: Love coming to this class! The venue is great, Helen is an amazing instructor, and the yoga flows are perfect for beginners and more experienced students alike. Particularly enjoyed the longer classes with the addition of a Gong Bath - you will feel so refreshed and relaxed afterwards. If you want to try yoga or you’ve tried it before and weren’t sure, this is a great place to come. You will not be disappointed.

Helen is a great instructor with her own style of friendly and encouraging teaching and can easily guide a mixed class of both complete beginners alongside the more experienced while somehow giving everyone individual attention throughout. It’s in a great venue and the room is a perfect setting for Yoga, especially for those who want something a little more spiritual than your standard class included with a monthly gym membership.
