Sirinart a.k.a Amy is a fully qualified and highly experienced massage therapist, she is the owner and director of Sirinart Thai Therapy Ltd a West Yorkshire-based business. She was trained at the Thai Traditional Medical Service Society (TTMS) and several other Massage Schools in Bangkok Thailand and in the UK. All of her certificates can be viewed at our property. Amy has used her training and extensive experience to develop her own signature deep tissue massage which is a combination of Traditional Thai and western massage techniques.

Regular sports massage has helped to alleviate shoulder pain associated with repetitive motion in my work and carrying bags on one side. Marvin has also provided advised strengthening exercises to redress the muscle imbalance issues I have. My shoulder is much freer and the pain has been reduced since using his services.

I have used AMT over the years to help with muscle tightness for before and after mud runs.

I had spent a lot of money of time and money of chiropractors without it ever helping. I was referred to AMT through a family member. After my second visit my neck and shoulder pain has gone.

Having previously suffered from a lot of muscular pain in my shoulder, I visited AMT and they managed to rectify it and so far prevent it from coming back.

Highly recommended - I have nothing but great things to say. I was due to race a half marathon and couldnâ€t run further than a few mile due to calf cramping and one visit here sorted it out. I was straight into 6 miles 24 hours later, then after a pre race massage I ran without any injury and got a personal best that weekend.

The techniques used in this massage are similar to those used in other holistic and therapeutic practices such as; Thai, Swedish, deep tissue, sports, physio, osteopathy. In this massage muscles are stripped down, any knots within the muscle will be worked out, tight and tense muscles will be worked on so they are less inflamed, pumped or tight/ tense. This practice can be uncomfortable and even painful, you could be sore for a few days after. As a result of this massage you will have better range of movement, improved flexibility, healthy muscles, improved performance and reduced tension.

After being greeted, you will complete a medical history form. The practitioner will take notes and listen to your injuries and muscular issues. The practitioner may ask you to do some mobility exercises and may also ask you to complete some flexibility tests. The practitioner will show you (using a 3D model) what muscles may be causing the issue and how they plan to approach the treatment in order to help with your muscular problems. The techniques used in this session are more advanced and may also be used by physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, reflexologists and sports masseurs. The techniques may include; deep tissue friction, vibration, stretching, muscle energy techniques, Trigger point therapy, soft tissue release and myofascial release. This practice can be uncomfortable and even painful, you could be sore for a few days after.

This is not a treatment based massage. After completing your medical history form, you will proceed to the practitioners table where you are required to wear shorts, (If you forget to bring any donâ€t worry we will provide, some to borrow for the session), if female a bra or sports bra. Once on the practitioners table you will be covered with towels for your comfort and confidence. The practitioner will massage your hips, thighs, shins, chest, and arms before asking you to turn over. Then the practitioner will massage the backs of your legs, calves, glutes (bum), lower back, upper back, shoulders and neck. You may be asked to sit upright at his point so the practitioner can work the neck and shoulders much more effectively.

This is a follow up appointment to the treatment you received from muscle therapy. You do not need to complete another form, however he practitioner will ask if there are any changes to you health. The practitioner will look through your notes and continue treatment. This usually focuses on, around and at the site of muscular pain or discomfort. For the most effective treatment, the follow up is usually within 10 days of your initial appointment.

Soft Tissue Release (STR) is an advanced massage technique widely used in assessing and stretching soft tissues; muscles, fascia, tendons and ligaments.
