Moonyoung Heo: My family is a regular customer of Bradford Broadway store and we visited the store for toy shopping today and there was a small play area for kids to experience ‘Sandsational’ products. My two daughters enjoyed playing with the product and they had a great interest in the product and came back to play a little bit more before purchasing it. All of sudden, a lady called Tracy (another staff member said that she is a manager) came and forced my daughters to stop playing due to a long-playing time. I tried to ignore the situation and I did not complain straight away because my kids were listening but my kids were so disappointed and one of them cried. They played about 10 minutes total and there was no one waiting for the play and even there was no notice that no one could play more than 5 minutes. (CCTV can be evidence). I came back to the store to complain but she was not there due to her break.Two other staff members were so friendly and kind but it seems that Tracy does not care about how the kids feel. I am not sure why she treats kids like that but as a regular customer, this is what I feel and it ruined my family’s time today.I am so disappointed regarding her poor customer service.

LD Ella: Such a FABULOUS Place! Unexpected, being in a Storage Facility, but with Lego being as Sought after as it is, it's Understandable! The Owners were ever so Friendly and Chatty. Very Passionate about their Business. I will DEFINITELY be Going Again. Loved the "Pick n Mix" of Bricks, where I Helped my avid Lego Partner find White Bricks! Please keep us Up to Date if you find another Premises!
Dan “Noodles” Haycock: I popped in after a trip to the delivery office and the staff member in was super helpful and knowledgeable on Lego. We had a good discussion about some sets before I made my purchase and because I was in a rush while waiting for a train he even helped speed up the checkout process. If you’re looking for Lego in Kirklees I can think of no better place
