4worldlovers: Renshinkai Karate is a mixture of many styles, mainly Kyokushinkai and Goju Ryu, taking out the essence of the other arts and bringing them together to form RENSHINKAI. For example it is not unusual to see holding techniques of wrestling, the footwork of boxing or ground fighting. Renshinkai Karate has a strict traditional discipline and a modern approach to training methods, with the main emphasis on practicality. It is not 'Sport karate' but a fighting art, training is always full contact.
Started karate at the age of 19. Achieved a black belt in Shokukai Karate and trained in Kyokushinkai for over 4 years. Currently a 6th Dan in Renshinkai Karate. Has over 50 years of experience.
Started Renshinkai Karate at the age of 7. Achieved 1st Dan in 2014. Has been instructing for many years & working along side Shihan Abrar Hussain for the past 20 years.

Samina Bi: My son started here last year and absolutely loves it. He has a few disabilities, being autistic and has SEND needs. The Instructer hasan tailors the teaching to individuals who need extra support. He does two sessions a week and looks forward to each session. He always talks about how amazing the sensei is and how he has made new friends. Everyone at Abs Martial Arts is amazing from the Instructer’s, students and other parents, they are all welcoming. I have seen positive changes in my son and so has his school teachers and peers. His school teachers are shocked with his development and encouraged me to continue sending him to karate. Xxx
