Spinning Lessons: Get Fit with Cycle Classes in Bradford!

Capital of Cycling is a charity that works cooperatively to the help grow cycling in Bradford. We run riding and maintenance lessons, recycle bikes and provide support and advice to community groups. We use our resources and skills to support a range of projects where cycling can offer part of a solution to community or environmental needs. We are not a bike shop, but we do have lots of bikes!

Our new city-centre venue is on Rawson Road, behind the Oastler Market (opposite The Bazaar) – here we have a maintenance workshop and our offices. We also run cycling lessons in an un-used floor of the car park above.

We run volunteering sessions and work with a range of partners and groups in providing bikes, delivering public engagement events and providing venues for meetings and activities, which can help improve the health and wellbeing of people in Bradford.

Our memberships vary dependent on what your aims are, from 3, 6 to 12 months. All include full gym access, classes, sauna, steam room, power plates and all other equipment in the gym. Please read the Terms and Conditions of membership which explains freezing and cancelling membership.

PLEASE NOTE: DURING RAMADAN THERE WILL BE NO CLASSES ... CLASSES WILL RESUME MONDAY 24TH APRIL 2023.

Taking part in group classes is a great way to stay motivated, whether it’s Abs blast or Zumba, Spin or Yoga, you will have fun, and be pushed to your limit. You’re in control, book classes from your app or at reception.

We encourage you to book for a gym induction so that you are fully comfortable with the different disciplines of equipment: Power Plates, Cardio...

Absolutely loving my first week at The Curve, it's clean, spacious, good atmosphere and the staff offer a first class service. I've even had a treatment at the beauty room and it's the best one I've had by far. I highly recommend the facilities The Curve has to offer.
