Kate Powley: Have been meaning to leave a review since Christmas, just wanted to flag up the excellent service we received from your manager Jack. He was up beat, friendly and made a time consuming Christmas shop a pleasurable experience, especially for my husband who detests shopping. Also, post Christmas when we came in for an exchange/return (have to say didn't recognise him as he had a beanie hat on), also gave a seamless service on both counts. Senior management take note of your staff when praised, it is rare to find in shops, especially 'chain shops'.
