Suh: Honestly expected better, it seems quality and service has gone down since they opened. Had 2 of the mini cakes, one tasted okay but the other tasted like sulphur when it should of been Kinder. Staff seemed confused and could barely be heard over the loud music. Other items like the biscuits were bland. Overall, looks beautiful on the outside, tasted terrible on the inside. Not worth the price, you go once and that's enough.

Tara Faloon: this is the second time i’ve gone to this creams and this is the second time we’ve been disgusted by the customer service.today we walked in clueless with no sign directing us whether to be greeted by a waiter or to take a seat, but instead the lady who didn’t seem to be enjoying her job whatsoever looked at us and back down at her phone three times before bluntly telling us to go to the till on the other side to order.i will be honest the food was amazing, but considering we were one of the only customers you would’ve thought they’d ask how the food was like every other restaurant but no.we got up to leave and we left the waiter to continue as she was, on her phone with AirPods in with not a care in the world to realise we were on our way out the door.don’t expect me to go there again, i’d rather get a bus to the creams in town.
