Viktor Ilic: Visited the shop about a week ago, just before my contract expired with Three. I decided to change network due to bad coverage. I'm quite pleased with the reception in most of the areas in town where Three wouldn't work.In shop I was greeted by Lauren who helped me a lot with choosing the package that would suit me the most. She was extremely polite and helpful, hence the whole thing was sorted very promptly and smoothly. I was also offered to take on an extra number for a discounted price which was quite reasonable. Due to my work, both days I had to visit the shop near the closing times, which wasn't issue at all for the staff to stay few minutes overtime and deal with customers.
Mark Field: I'm currently standing in the shop waiting to be helped. I've now been waiting 30 minutes due to someone who came into the store 10 minutes after me being helped before me. This is disgusting service.

J.C. Hall: the five stars is for the unusual amount of items they sell, from high end to low, i worked here for nearly a year too, in that time i bought a lovely mountain bike, binoculars, pocket knife, DVDs, new deep fat fryer, a laser, new hair dryer, brooch, a model hobby lamp, miniature steam engine, playstation games, war hammer figures, and a pirates looking glass lol, you can find all sorts in here, though i don’t get to Boscombe any more i wish them well.
Alice Dangerfield: I've now had 2 horrible experiences here, I first bought a laptop here and when I got home, it was slow and crashed with green marks and blotches all up the side of the screen, so I took it back and they first refused a refund, but in the end they said they would pay it back, today, I bought an iPhone 7 and the worker who served me reassured me that it was great quality and he had checked and reset the phone completely, I get home to the phone with the sim still in it and someone else's details and emails! I reset it and try to ignore it, it then shuts down multiple times and have now had it a few hours and it still shuts down and turns back on every time I press the home button, I will be taking it back tomorrow and I'll never be coming back,wouldn't recommend at all!
