    Leanne Harris: Had 2 keys cut that didn't work, returned and they re cut me 2 more free of charge which was good and expected. However these also do not work, can't really be bothered to return for a third time for this to be rectified. The only reason I'm giving a second star is because they are helpful and friendly but the actual results were just no good.

    Fouad Hafez: I cannot stress enough how lovely the service is in that shop. I have lived in Bournemouth for 24 years and still cobblers keys and locks are on top and crushing other rude and dry shops in the shopping centre. I 100% recommend anyone who wants any keys, watches, shoes and lots of other stuff fixed to go there. Thank you so much.

    Matt Gudgeon: Quick service and friendly staff.My watch needed a new battery and had to be sent away as it couldn't be done store. It was ready a week later. They also removed a link and included that in the price, some places charge extra for this.
