Lucas Amorim: 1st impressions was, this is ok, it smelt fresh and clean and the lady was cleaning the floors etc with bleach. Very friendly , happy & chatty and showed me to my room which was a very good size and although the decor could do with a fresh lick of paint (admittedly the property has is being painted so maybe the rooms will be done in time) it was clean and had nice towels & bedding that smelt devine. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk, hot chocolate & sugar and also had a smart tv with free internet to access the channels including Netflix etc on. Not the quietest of places as doors do slam loudly but it's more than acceptable. The most amazing location, buses virtually outside the door, beach a 4 minute walk, shops, chippy, pubs etc also just 3-4 mins away. So glad I didn't believe the 1 negative review left on here as I was in 2 minds about whether or not to come but I listened to my gut instinct and am so glad I did. Would defo stay again, longer than the 2 nites next time too. Oh and the lovely hosts let me leave my luggage when I left this morning so I could pick up on way to train station much later this evening. Would've been 5/5 but for the tired decor and the slight tv internet connection problem at beginning. Comfy bed and good shower too in a bathroom that was bloomin' massive. Thank you for an enjoyable break.x.

Harry Bond: This was the state of my room when I moved in. There was a leaking toilet, STICKY stains on the carpet and what looked like damp on the ceiling of the shower. The toilet was eventually fixed after a week but I had to clean the carpet myself. The stains on the bathroom ceiling have been reported but nothing has been done. Aside from the state of the room the location is very good. Only a 10 minute walk from the town centre and a 15 minute bus ride to Talbot campus. SOME of the staff are very friendly and supportive on reception and have been a great help, there have been the odd times I've felt a little patronised but I haven't felt that recently. This may have been a one off bad experience but I'd say come and look at the flats before you move in so you don't have to go through what I did!
Maddie Gasson: pretty good student accommodation. the location itself is very good and it’s easy to get into town and such. it’s also easy to get back to if you’ve gone out clubbing. only had a few issues while living there but the staff were good like 99% of the time and a lovely bunch of people. they were helpful and polite and had pretty nice conversations with them. they always said good morning to me when i left for work on the weekends. the lifts were constantly broken so was sort of frustrating considering we were on a fairly high up floor and I ended up getting stuck in two of them, one in which we had to be rescued but not a fault on their part really, it’s a fault on the lifts. the only thing i would personally say was negative was the situation about owing them money. i owed them 1p and i’m not exaggerating it was genuinely 1p and one of the staff told me if i didn’t pay it i would get all my wi-fi and such shut up. i wasn’t aware i had to pay it and obviously was more than willing considering money owed is money owed but the threat itself didn’t feel entirely necessary. another issue was the fridge breaking and losing a lot of food which was extremely costly as we had a lot in there. these things happen however it took them quite a while to come fix it, to the point where the food wasn’t salvageable at that point as a lot of it was meat. aside from that, the accommodation was extremely social and by far the most social out of the selection of accommodation. the accommodation itself was also pretty nice.i really enjoyed living there and would genuinely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in halls of residence.

Demerit Nation: I don't live there but it's cool
Alice Ryan: Awful place to live.It may have been new this year but that definitely didnt mean it was any cleaner. Constant building work from moving in at September till after christmas. Then when you thought the building work had stopped there was constant drilling through the building all hours of the day.The gym was often closed and unable to be used (one of the reasons for choosing to live at belaton), and there was no wifi for a week at a time, and constant hot water shortageThe staff where not friendly but rather rude and would do nothing to help students living there when there was an issue. And during the Covid-19 situation student housing company as a whole where awful, having no compassion for the students who live there and really poor communication skills.If you have a choice dont live here!

James Bradford: Worse than chesil
Gavin Bannister: Very overpriced, small bare-boned bedroom, toilet too close to wall/sink, kitchen is ok but crowded for 7 people. Not worth the £540~ a month (£130~ a week!) for a tiny bedroom, corridor and kitchen. Services are bad too; you have to pay to do your laundry. Please go to a different accomodation or get a house for even cheaper and way better living quarters.

Laura Glasspool: Excellent place to live, lovely accommodation, staff very professional, friendly and helpful.
Phoebe Cooper: Please look elsewhere for accommodation if you're looking to live in Bournemouth.The rooms are cheaply made and completely over priced, constant power cuts and wifi issues. Despite living here during the majority of lockdowns numerous contractors and staff members would enter the flats at random times with either no warning or coming in on a completely different day than specified. The accommodation staff were rude and belittling, they even went as far as to get added to the buildings group chat to look at the residents conversations - a massive breach of privacy. Ive had parcels lost, contractors use my toilet and no issue I ever emailed about was resolved. I know from speaking to other residents that I am not the only one who was unhappy living here,note: Skyline have responded claiming they have no record of my complaints however I have at least 4 emails in my sent box titled complaint just from 2021.
