claire karian: Having lived in Bournemouth for 30 years, I can say without doubt, that this is thee best Italian restaurant in town. The pizza is just incredible, the tiramisu is to die for and the friendly, efficient service is the cherry on the top. Affordable and delicious! iain walker: We went for my daughters birthday with high expectations as we had been to the one in windsor and it had been excellent. I had to go and find my server after 25 minutes. We then ordered starters of dough balls and garlic bread. Almost an hour later and several chasers we got our starters. We then waited a further 40 mins for normal pizzas. Service wasn't very good, kitchen was ridiculously slow and the manager didn't care. Won't be going again.

Kat: Very poor customer service. Will never come back.A small group and I visited to dine in on 02.04.23 at 7.30pm, a time we were advised in booking was a convenient time for the establishment.However, at around 9.15pm - over an hour before closing, the waitress began to collect our plates while we were still finishing our meals, and thumping the plates down, making us feel she was being aggressive, and also making comments about wanting us to leave. One of our party made reference to the time we would leave and the waitress joined in with our conversation, to say in an annoyed and hostile tone "eh! We're not open until midnight,you know? eh!"We felt this was both aggressive and out of order, since it wasn't even close to closing time.In addition to this, she also swore whilst taking payment from us, for no reason that we can understand as we were polite and civil throughout.Unfortunately this has ruined the experience for all of us and we will not be coming back, nor recommending this place to anyone else as we were made to feel so unwelcome.

David Mackenzie: The pizza was tasty but, the oven is nowhere near hot enough, so the dough was not cooked properly. They're obviously keeping costs down by not having much wood in the oven, such a shame, I won't be returning.

Raffaella Rossetti: Staff very unprofessional because the waitress didn't listen to our request and she left a pizza quickly without telling us what kind of pizza it was and that contained tomato that I am allergic to. The Food was not good for an Italian pizzeria. You can't pay with card and that was not told to us on the booking.
