Vincent George: Most of the people working here are either dumbs or treat people according to color of their skin. I was in Ringwood Road retail park store with my kid. I asked a girl if she can help find the right shoe size. I was told to waiit as she was busy with other coustemer, so I waited and waited and waited even tried finding other staff members. A lot of them passed us and never bothered to ask us if we were served. So I went to find this girl and guess what she was busy chattig with another girl doinig nothing and not serving any customer. They finally did not have the size I wanted and was a total waste of my time.If you are going to sports direct and are person of colored skin, don't be surprised if get ignored or find nodboy to help you.

Will Procter: A well stocked, but smaller store. Has most of the range but due to size can’t hold everything for obvious reasons. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Always willing to try and assist when they can.

Arzu: Bought staff on their website, paid £4.99 for delivery, wanted to return the items only to find out that return postage wasn't free, so went in store only to be told, that they don't refund any items bought online, and could only give a store credit. Why? I have already paid £4.99 for delivery which should cover for return postage anyway, why would I want to spend another £5.00 on items I didn't want., increasing the cost of my Shopping experience with Sports Direct to £10.00 for absolutely nothing to show for. Never ever again will I shop from Sports Direct. Avoid.
