Royal Bath Hotel: what do users think?
Saqib Hussain: Rooms are filthy floorboards creek, you can hear next door room walking on creaky floor and their TV. You can hear people walking in corridor and it all sounds like it's in your room. Dust everywhere, no phones in room or fridges. However kettle, iron & fan found in cupboard. Also covered in dust. Wood on doors is rotting. Needs a heavy renovation...Rooms have never been dusted the room we went to smelt like it has it been used in months,Hotel is HUGE, front staff lady is very nice and helpful. They should show you your room its a maze.Breakfast was okay, limited selection, limited tea, juice machine says apple and orange but filled with water. Apparently because it was leaking but they still filled it with water. Chef & head waiter on breakfast is decent. Also found it strangely, I guess dog friendly hotel guy was walking around with huge dog off leash!Spend around 1 million and this place could be nice!Rooms: Lots of rooms but all filthySafety: Not child safe with big dogs off leashWalkability: Near beach pierFood & drinks: Bar and restaurant on site
Diane Latham: ScammersI booked a room with the option to cancel any time. Unfortunatley I did have to cancel and I informed them of my missfortune, but later that day they still tried to charge my card. Fortunatley it was a burner card that I only top up as and when I need to make payments, so their shady tactic didn't work with me, but other people may not be as lucky. Stay far away from these thieves, there are plenty of hotels around Bournemouth.

The Mercure Bournemouth Queens Hotel & Spa: what do users think?
Jack Stone: easy checking in, checking out, and the room was extremely comfortable and spacious.Rooms: comfortable......very comfortable.
Poly Sengupta: Not worth the money. Severe staffing shortages. Room was left uncleaned , bed unmade on day 3. Bathroom door had no lock and no bathtub. One staff was overwhelmed in the morning atvthe dining area as she was alone handling everything on the checkout day. One staff did not have any clue that the guest can use other hotel pool if requested reflecting no training. There was sign of moulding showing up in the bathroom.Very disappointing stay. Location was the best part that's it.

Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel: what do users think?
Will Thompson: Great hotel with good facilities : restaurant breakfasts were DIY buffet style with a good selection; reservations were necessary for an evening meal with a good menu choice, would recommend.Spa treatments are available adjacent to the spa pool and there is a larger heated pool in a conservatory off the hotel lounge. The bedroom was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again
Anna Naylor: Visited today for a spa day with friends. Unfortunately we were disappointed. On arrival, we were informed we’d have to pay £6 each for a robe hire, at first we thought this was a deposit but it was a fee to hire the robe for the day. I have been on many spa days and never been asked to pay additional to use a robe. The spa is tired and is in need of an extremely deep clean. The jacuzzi had a very visual build up of grime. The pool was cold. The changing areas are very small and not fit for the amount of people using the facilities.Although my massage itself was good, the experience seemed a little transactional & missed small details such as dimmed lighting and a warm welcoming.Going up to the restaurant for lunch was a different experience. The restaurant was clean & fresh and the food was good. We found it strange that we were asked to pay for our first round of drinks as they came over, rather than on the final lunch bill, but this was not an issue.Overall, my friends and I felt quite dirty throughout the time in the spa and decided to leave early. We chose not to shower in the changing room as the shower had mould around it. My white spa slipper was brown after I accidentally dropped it on the changing room floor. We did give some verbal feedback on leaving & the lady we spoke to was receptive of this and did refund us the £6 each for the robes. We were really looking forward to a nice spa day but unfortunately it was not the experience we were hoping for. It’s a shame that the experience as you first walk in the hotel does not follow down to the spa area. I think a refurb of the spa area is needed as soon as possible & in the meantime I would not recommend attending the facilities.

Heathlands Hotel: what do users think?
Jason Durham: the room was a sauna, on a bright hot day, asked for help fobbed off lied to, im an engineer, the room was roasting as the heating was on, no control on radiators all broken off, my dog suffered, we suffered for the few hours we slept there, id say 2stars pushing it, smelt drugs in corridor, noise from room above during the night, very poor customer service, reception staff, what can i say! hit and miss, pot luck, ok you get what you pay for, i aint fussy, but the heat was too much!!, no assistance so please don't patronise me with a response, defo management issue, good size room we had, maintenance issues are huge, this place loves to waste energy, room cards did not work well, staff need to be attentive, at least be understanding, than regimental due to management culture, concierge was a pain in the backside.
