Nicole Rose: Absolutely awful. Do not stay here. Manager is rude. Our room wasn't clean. Dirty towels and dirty bathroom. Pubic hair in towels and in bath. When asked manager for a different room I was told to leave. Manager upset my 9 year old too. If you want an awful experience go ahead and book here. Avoid avoid avoid.Rooms: Dirty. You have to pay for a window. Dirty carpets. No telephone or WiFi.

Kelsie Walker: Came here for 1 week stay. Bournemouth is a stunning place but this hotel was only good for the price and service was brill at the bar. Hotel is very out dated needs a renew decor. Soon as we entered the room it was very dirty not clean to hygiene standards. There was spider webs and dust in the shower room. Toilet was covered with bleach stains which shows cleaners are using way to much concentrated bleach. Bedding was stained, we got given a bedding sheet as a blanket which wasn't the best you'd expect that if you was abroad, so we had to go get a dovet ourselves. I wouldn't recommend using there pillows as they were stained, good job I brought my own. Coffee stains all over the walls and head board. Came across a few carpet bugs too which I have highly very sensitive skin so I was itching throughout the whole experience. Needs sorting! Hotel pool was tiny didn't even want to swim inside it knowing how filthy the hotel was. Would not recommend. Always busy at the pool to say how small it was.Can't rate on food as we didn't eat at the hotel. I would definitely recommend going to the curry house indi tho 👌 it was beautiful.Walkability: Very walkable to all areas, town centre, beautiful sea front, restaurants and shops

Angie Lawrence: I visited the spa last Saturday for a hot stone massage my first ever hot stone massage so was unsure what to expect. However I needn’t have been concerned it was fabulous. My masseuse was very knowledgeable and professional she made the experience very relaxing and I left chilled and relaxed it was just a pity the actual spa still wasn’t operational but I was told it would be by the end of the month. I would definitely recommend.
Niki Haynes: We were able to check in slightly early and managed to get parked within the hotel area. The room was of a satisfactory standard. The bathroom shower screen has black mold spots in some areas, the internal and external windows were dirty on both sides. We booked for May and the spa facilities were out of use, yet we were still charged a £ 30-weekend fee on top of our offer voucher cost, there was no offer to return to use the facilities at an alternative time. The evening food and breakfast were very nice and the service was great, although there are extra supplement fees for some food choices.

Christine Schmitt: Really great hotel. It’s clean and lots of nice little creative elements. The reception were so polite and friendly. We had such good chats with the locals as well. Awesome pool table and great food. Definitely returning for our next break.
Susan Brooks: Where do I start? This is the second time I’ve been back, and oh mighty what an experience. A brilliant experience it’s been. This first time was for my mother’s 60th birthday and the staff put on a mid blowing amount of effort and care to ensure everything went perfect, and it did. The day was emotional, special, and a wonderful memory for us all. 2 months later, we are back again. Could not keep away. There so many people to give a shout out to for such an amazing experience; from the reception staff to the bar staff, always so lovely and kind. Really cared about your day and what you were getting up to. And whether there was anything they could do to help or make it even better. Than you so much to Laura, Eduardo, Arina. And an extra special shout out to Michaela for really putting her time and effort to ensuring we had the best holiday get away to create new memories. The rooms were amazing, clean, modern, well kept and were lucky enough to have the terrace. Would highly recommend. Felt like a second home. And the welcome we received when coming back was amazing. When we checked out we had left our bag at the hotel, and Laura took care of the situation — much appreciated! We’ll see you soon! With love, Joey & Shaun. (P.s. pay rise is a must!)

Nick Crouch: Good hotel in a convenient location for the BIC. The room was comfortable, a good size and clean. The public areas of the hotel were nicely furnished with the bar area used for breakfast in the morning. All the staff that we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Overall a very positive experience and we would certainly return if visiting Bournemouth in the future.

Maha Urbanski: We attended today for afternoon tea and a spa session. They were extremely short staffed in the restaurant and we had to wait a while for both our orders, the afternoon tea was generally okay. The sandwiches were nice. No unlimited tea with our afternoon tea unfortunately.The spa facilities seemed great in pictures, however, the spa was dimly lit and unfortunately quite badly maintained (unlike the outdoor pool, which was very pretty but we were not allowed to use). The spa pool temperature was cold. There were no bubbles in the bubble pool. The jacuzzi was nice but it took a while to be able to use it. There was no detectable relaxing aroma in the aromatherapy room apart from the faint smell of chlorine. Unfortunately the changing rooms were very below standards. They were dirty and very cramped. There was no light in the toilet of the ladies' changing room.Three stars as only one member of staff (lady in the restaurant) made us feel welcome the whole day and the chips were nice despite having to wait about 20 mins for them.

Ewa Herbut-Szustkowska: This Marriott is one of the nicest Marriott hotels I have been to. I must have had a recent renovation since it's spotless. Very well layered out down stairs with amazing looking bar and cubby rooms. Breakfast was really good as well, overlooking the sea with breakfast outside was really relaxing. There is an outside pool but I didn't have time. My room is modern and good size with a really good bathroom, mini fridge, safe and tea and coffee facilities. Great bed with smooth white cotton linen. Staff have been really good also. Not much parking on site but free for guests.
