bournemouth1964: Got some good and supportive advice when it comes to handling my late mother's estate.
Tim Barnes: Not my solicitor, but I have the miss-fortune of buy a house from someone who is using them. Our solicitor says every time Gales are on the other side the process slows down. At the moment it feels like we aren't even buying a house, as that would entail communication. Day after day my solicitor, and the vendor's estate agent have chased them to reply to my solicitor, but so far we're having more luck getting a conversation from a brick wall. Please, please, please, do not use these solicitor's you will be doing yourselves, others, and the conveyancing profession a disservice.
