    The Inspector: Less impressive than on my last visit
    Rodger: Had a click and collect order, the shop assistant he was very helpful and informed me of special offers. It is however very cramped in the store, and in busy periods you will struggle to move around.

    Hajnal Horniak: Very bad customer service.I wanted to buy some clip on hair extensions for an event and asked for help as I never bought anything like that before. They sold me an £80 hair extension. I took the extension to my hairdresser to show me how to use it, and she told me that it's for professional use and don't even match my hair colour.Then on the same day I took it back to the shop in the original package, unopened with the receipt and been told that I cant get a refund.The man who sold it to me earlier was very rude, angry and shouting at me. I was honestly shocked as I never in my life experienced such a bad and unprofessional customer service.I've been ripped off with £80 and been left with hair extensions I can't use for anything.I'll never go into that shop again in my life and do not recommend to anyone.
