4worldlovers: Mighty Wieners have been serving up indulgent comfort food & drink, that happens to be vegan since 2018. Join us at “Wiener Island” our laid-back eatery with garden in central Bournemouth.
At Mighty Wieners, we are passionate about food that smashes pre-conceptions of what people believe vegan food should be. We love nothing more than meat-eaters saying how it’s the best burger they’ve ever eaten, and they can’t believe it’s not meat.
Our menu is inspired by our travels to the US and beyond, where we’ve eaten the most amazing food and we want to recreate those great food memories.
We strive to created everything from scratch and where we do buy things in, only if we can’t make better ourselves, we only use the best products out there and then extract the best out of them. For instance, our Beyond Meat burgers are turned into “smash patties” which gives them the best texture and awesome flavour for our burgers.
We love to support other local independent businesses as well; we source some of our cakes & our house coffee from awesome local vegan businesses just across the street. See our friends page for more info.

Joe Simpson: The staff are friendly, they make great burgers and the potato wedges are the best I've ever had! They stopped doing the burger with nachos which was possibly the best burger I've ever eaten, not sure why they took it off the menu. The only real downside to this place is I've found it to be a little pricey!

Haddie Beetham: Maybe we just went on an off day but yesterday's trip to Plant Hustler was a total mess! We were a table of 4 (2 vegans, 2 non vegans) and only 1 of us was given the right food. 1 wasn't given anything at all! The time between the first person's plate and last person's being served was over thirty minutes. We are not by any means high maintenance or fussy, but we had a pretty rough experience from beginning to end. Because most of our food was cold and some of it was wrong, we didn't massively enjoy it. We did ask the waitress where the fourth and final dish was, but she told us we never ordered it (even though we'd paid for it?) and didn't offer anything else! Sorry guys, we had high hopes but won't be returning.

James Illsley: Amazing food. probably the best chips I have ever had in my life. The wings are incredible they had me in a trance. Beautiful Mayo too. Highly recommend anyone to grab a wings and chips here after a night out
