Olivia Thompson: I have a bit of a fear with the dentist, so reading on previous reviews prompted me to go here.The whole team here were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process - would definitely recommend.
Corinne Ho: RUDE, NOT WELCOMING AND NOT ALLOWED TO COMPLAIN AT ALL!I booked myself and my husband for hygiene appointment, also booked my husband for new patient dental examination. I asked the gentleman if he can extend my husband's examination appointment for a longer one so he can filling done at the same time. The gentleman said no problem and all booked in.When my husband had his examination appointment, they didn't do examination and only did the filling for him but charged him emergency appointment fee on top of the filling.When I finished my hygiene appointment, I asked the same gentleman on reception to book new patient examination for me and asked if possible to have filling done at the same time. He then told me that they can't book new patient examination and filling together. I said okay, I will book for examination first then come back for filling.I then questioned him about my husband appointment as he didn't tell me they can't do it at the same time and we have to waste money for paying emergency fee. My husband cracked his tooth but no pain nor infection which can be waited.The gentleman said he can't discuss this with me due to data protection which is fair enough. I then told him that I will go home and email for complaining about not being advised in first place and waste on paying emergency fee.He then said rudely, "I should cancel your dental appointment then!" I told him that I haven't said I wanted to cancel my appointment. Apparently if I want to make a complaint about that emergency fee, I am not welcome to go back as a patient. The dentist walked past as we were discussing this. I have to agree with other reviewers, she is cold and not welcoming at all!!!I have a look and can't see complaint policy on their website at all.It is a shame that the hygienist Laura is so lovely but the dentist and reception guy are not.

Martin Hawkins: Experianced excellent service here today. The whole team were very friendly and kind. The whole practice is nice, clean and tidy. And the dentist i saw made me feel very calm, which for me made a huge difference. Would definitely recommen if you're looking for a new practice.
peter john Storrie: Sorry I didnt catch the name, I did all the research for other hospital like Kings college and another hospitals and got told there was a 3 year wait which I find hard to believe dual to there on reviews on a week wait I spoken to one of Bupa colleagues and advised me to go private and pay 20 grand which I don't have that kind of money this started from the NHS and ending up going private
