Isabel Mackay: very happy with the service from reception staff and nurses, none of them are at fault, but I am a bit confused as to why there is only one centre offering NHS contraception in the whole of bournemouth poole and Christchurch. only opening 1 week of appointments at a time means that I have not been able to follow up a very important treatment plan for a chronic condition that I have. the injection is crucial to living a better life for me and without It I am struggling and feeling neglected by the NHS governing body. not happy ive had to go private.
baiceanu agata: Very nice staff. The nurse me and my partner had, hanna, was very nice and she made us feel very comfortable. She explained everything to us and made sure that we were feeling good. She informed us about many things that me and my partner didn’t know. It was a very good experience. Thank you
