Colby Smith: 3f Gains - Best gym going in the area. Staff are friendly and outgoing and are more then pleased to help out with anything. The anabolic kitchen does the most delicious food. Everything from the equipment to the music is top tier and is fit for everyone. 10/10 would recommend.

Juice Reviews: Their gym is lacking in amount of equipment, space and new machines. But there's definitely enough to get a good workout in no matter what you seek.Multiple courses and coached workouts to attend.They also offered services like massage.Their price is amazing for the students and you won't find a better price in Bournemouth if you're a student there.
Naden Alkhadar: The stuff and the instructors are great. But the gym have limited classes and most of the classes finish at 6:00 pm or before. They even cancelled the pump class on Monday and Thursday at 7:00pm which used to suits me.I'm not a student and I pay £30 a month for the gym, because it's close to me, so ideal!However, I finish work at 6:00 pm, I always miss the good classes. I don't like working out myself and prefer joining classes and workout as a group with an instructor!I love Zumba class, hope they make it 3 classes a week instead of two. It would be great if you change the timetable for some of the classes or add more classes after 6:15 pm
