Jan Kapoun: Optician lied to me about pupilary distance. She said she can not provide that as it is specific measure for each glasses. This is not true as it is just a distance between your pupils in mm. She lied and said that is why I should not buy glasses online and should buy it from them. There are even apps and guides that allow you to do it at home.
shakybrowneyez: Phoned in to let the opticians know I would be late. Was told there's a 10 minute threshold, so thought thats fine. Got to the counter not even a full minute past the allowed 10 minutes and was told they wouldn't see me. I understand you don't want to cause a back log but there was literally no other customers waiting to be seen. Awful customer servive
