Each apartment is finished to a very high standard with high quality furnishings throughout, en-suite shower rooms with rain-head showers and kitchens including all the facilities to prepare anything for a light breakfast through to a full evening meal. I called it the Alum Chine Beach House as it sums up how I feel about the place, it's super close to the beach, it has the feel of a big Victorian house and we try to make our guests feel relaxed and at home the moment they check in. Leticia is the Reservation Manager and will be your first point of contact throughout your stay. She has been at Alum Chine Beach House now for a while and knows the place inside out and is always more than happy to help with any questions or queries. The properties are located in Westbourne, just to the west of Bournemouth, which is one of the most elegant and fashionable parts of Bournemouth with an urban village feel. It is definitely not your usual high-street; there is a vast selection of independent stores, cafes and restaurants and is truly a unique shopping experience. Of course the best attraction of the area is the gorgeous golden sands! Alum Chine beach is far quieter than the beaches closer to Bournemouth town centre although is equally as sandy and inviting We are dog friendly here at Alum Chine, but have a look into our rules first.

Hi, I'm Michael. Welcome to the Alum Chine Beach House, Bournemouth. I am a professional male with years of experience in the hotel industry so have an eye for detail and what guests expect from their accommodation experience. I live in the basement so am often on hand to offer a warm welcome to out of town guests or offer advice on the best restaurants and fun things to do in the area if you should need some guidance. Leticia manages the day to day running of the apartments and is always available for your questions. We are keen to respect your security and privacy and each apartment is self contained with it's door entry system.

Emily, our ARLA-qualified Maintenance Manager, is fully employed coordinating repairs and renewals across both the holiday letting and residential portfolios, using both in-house and external contractors. Our residential lettings negotiator is the bubbly Lakeisha, who is forever flying around in one of our branded vehicles showing properties to prospective tenants, and Claire our admin manager, is kept extremely busy back at base qualifying prospective tenants, preparing documentation and arranging move-ins. Scott, who heads up residential sales, has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry and our four-woman holiday letting team is currently gearing up for another scorching summer!
