Sophie Jordan: Popped in with my daughter to grab an ice cream. Daughter opened hers and it had green fury mould all over it and stank like it had been off for a while. Staff member on showing him the ice cream asked me what was the problem and that swapping wasn’t possible because there was nothing wrong with the item. After showcasing the clear proof again to him we changed it but 2nd and third try showed all ice creams were off and mouldy.
