Katiuscia Dasilva McElwain: I have Victoria Secret Loyalty card. At the time I signed up, they made me think it was going to make my life easier to purchase VS products and I believed it. So I went to make a purchase on the web for 16 lip glosses (gifts) and there was no option to have the gift bags be sent over online so instead of making the purchase online, I left the contort of my house and drove to the store just to hear the cashier say she could not give me the quantity of gift bags to match the amount of gifts I was paying for. I explained that they are gifts she said there was nothing she could do because it’s a store policy. I asked to speak with the manager and for my surprise, the manager was the cashier right next and she has been listening to the entire conversation didn’t do anything until I asked to speak to her. She have me this most cold look and said she can’t give me 15 bags. So I walked her what if I walked in and purchased 16 lip glosses 16 different times? Would she give me 1 bag per purchase? So she then told the other cashier with a very rude to e in her voice “just do it” and she simply ended eye contact with me and didn’t responded when I said thank you. The cashier who made the transaction also did not responded when I said thank you. It was like I was bothering them. I wakes in to purchase the lipglosses only but my online shopping and previous shopping in store are large and they made me feel like I wasn’t a valuable customer at all. As I walked in, (sane day) one of the floor sales ladies asked me if I needed help and I decided to show my online card to ask if I was making the right purchase. She helped and showed me where the items I wanted to purchase were as I wanted to see the shape name to add to my i my e cart (according to the last, I’d have more options online) but for my next question, she made me feel like she didn’t care.This is not the first time I had a horrible experience at VS. to be honest, there was 1 sales floor lady whom I adored. I went to find a bra that would fit and she was super dedicated and helpful. I wish all the staff were like her. She took her time and helped and made me feel like my money was worth it. Most times when I’m there shopping, I feel like I’m being watched “like if I’m going to steal stuff” I don’t know if others had the same experience. I hope these issues gets addressed abs staff better trained as I do like VS products and I do but often especially during holidays season.

Erika Roman: I love Victoria's Secret but really miss their after $50 and $75 dollar purchase gift which last 3 or 4 times I have visit are no longer in promotion.I can't leave without going to bed full splashed and body creme lotions on.The smell is great.Also notice there wasn't any Midnight Moon or Midnight something splash or loción which smells really good.

Angeline Widjaja: They had a huge line of customers and one overworked teenager at the register. I saw other employees just standing around with other registers vacant. The manager walked past multiple times and did nothing. Went to return one thing and stood behind another customer for 30 mins while they argued about why she should get store credit. When I got to the front, the cashier was so out of it he scanned a random item on the desk and attempted to return that amount to me before I had even taken my returns out of my bag.

Ashley Bosse: The store is very clean and they are very friendly. I am giving them 4 stars because they don't have much variety and compared to online I would think they would carry the more popular items and have more coordinating outfits available to buy. You can order from online in store without having to pay for shipping so that's an added bonus. It also really easy to return merchandise here whether you bought it in store or online.

Rachel Pontbriand: I visited the store on 8/30/21. I got the best help I’ve ever received at a Victoria’s Secret!! I believe the employees name was Skyler (she had pinkish hair). I purchased a bra at another store and intended to return it, since it didn’t fit. Skyler was extremely attentive and enthusiastic helping me find a new bra!! I tried on basically every bra in the store in my size (which isn’t usually many). I was very impressed by her selection and knowledge of the styles, as well as her commitment to helping me. I ended up leaving with two new bras, and one of them is the comfiest I’ve ever worn!!! I usually don’t get to buy a single thing, I was also impressed with the stores stock of 34DDD. I’ve never had so many options before!! I’ll probably come to this VS before any other now, knowing that I’ll get the help I need.
