I pulled up to Goodyear and they replaced all four tires in 30 min after estimating that it would take 2 hours. There were about 4-5 people working and all of them stopped what they were doing to help me out and work on my car together. I was overjoyed. Amazing group of people!!
Jeff Gaynor: I came to the shop in a total panic (having literally just discovered I had a flat tire as I was leaving for work) less than 5 minutes before they were about to close. They quickly put my spare on, took my info, and said “call us in the morning” as they sent me on my way. Didn’t charge me a dime! Next morning they gave me a new tire with lifetime balance/rotations/etc for a great price. Many thanks to Gary, Peter, Jacob, Amy, and the entire crew for being so amazing!!! Sara Fogarty: Seriously the best people work here! We had a tire emergency about 45 minutes from home with our small kids in the car. We had a flat and found when we changed it ourselves the spare tire also was flat and not safely secured. We fortunately were right across the street from Goodyear on grafton St. The Team at Goodyear put air in our spare for free and helped us find the hole in the flat tire. Upon filling up the spare we found it wasn’t holding the air and would not be safe to drive home on. Although the tire size we needed was not a variety they had in stock, Peter and his whole team made sure the hole in our tire was repaired and safe for us to make it home even though we arrived in need right before they were about to close on a Saturday night. A HUGE thank you to Peter and the entire team here for making sure we were safe and taken care of before closing up shop for the day!

Meghan Montgomery: The staff at this Goodyear go above and beyond to help out their customers. I had a tire blow out on my Jeep with limited access to other vehicles and there was a few day wait for an appointment to get new tires installed. Amy went out of her way to call me any time there was a brief lull in the schedule and was able to get me in days before my scheduled appointment. Despite all the other customers, she obviously treats each person on a case by case basis and demonstrated enormous compassion for my situation and worked to get me in ASAP. The morning of my appointment I called the store and Peter was extremely kind and helpful and had me come right in to get helped out. While there, Amanda helped to work on my car and identified an issue with one of my rims that I had no idea about. She swiftly and kindly offered to use the rim from my spare tire and offered for me to come back and have my spare remounted once I purchase a replacement rim.Beyond their excellent customer service, the lobby and garage were extremely clean and comfortable to wait in. The staff in the garage were all wearing appropriate safety equipment and more importantly everyone was smiling! I can't tell you what a difference in service it makes when people are happy at their jobs and from what I saw, this is the case at this location. The atmosphere, overall customer experience, and quality of the product (Goodyear Duratrac are the ONLY tires you should put on a Wrangler) were all excellent and this is the only Goodyear I will be bringing my car to from now on.Thank you Amy, Peter, and Amanda. You turned around my weekend and made a huge difference to my day!
Louis Griffith: Had a problem with my exhaust after getting new brakes, calipers, and tires. It was just a coincidence, but they took me back in without a wait thinking it was something wrong on their end, and fixed it right then at no cost. John Luke Mills: I got my Mass. Car inspection sticker after a ten minute wait. I didn't have an appointment. They have three bays they can do inspections in.
Mark McGee: Dracut Tire is a Dracut institution. Whatever you want or need you will find it there. Excellent, cooperative staff! You can have the "chains", but Dracut Tire has something they don't: Integrity!

N P: Been going here for years with no issue.Today I had to get a snow tire removed from a rim and swapped with a summer tire.I watched as the guy hammer down with his impact and broke off my lug stud.The manager told be they could not fix it and I would have to make an appointment and pay $80. He said it was "still safe to drive" missing a lug nut.He said it was not his fault as the stud was rusty. Even though I saw him over tourqe with his impact. Very upset with the customer service. I would have paid the $80 to fix it, but they say they can't fix what they broke right away, and it's still safe to drive on? The car has 5 lugs for a reason.My family and I will never come back here. We have 10 cars between all of us. We will go to pep boys now.

Patrick Pham: Called in at 0803 on a Friday, showed up about 15 minutes later for a tire mount on 4 wheels. Quoted $90. More than fair when Sullivan tires in Salem was quoting me for $180. Anyways, the young man took me in immediately and the job took about an hour. Very satisfied. Just a heads up If you want an alignment after the mount you'll have to ask to have that done.
Yani Spleef: Shady shop. Went in with tire pressure sensor going off twice. When I left my traction sensor was on. Idk but I wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them.
Patty Morris: I just went there today for an inspection sticker. I’ve been going there for years for inspection. The man told me to pull up then immediately went to the back of my car. He then said he would have to fail me. When I asked why, he had me get out and showed me a flake of paint next to the number on my plate. Are you kidding me? I don’t know if he just wanted to be done for the day or if he was crazy. Won’t be going back there.

Matthew Kelley: Went for an inspection and complained about my tint being too dark and wasn’t at all it was legal limit.then complained about my led bulbs being plastic and not glass so they failed me. On top of that waited an hour in a crazy long line they had all the way down the street took too long. Place is a joke save your money and go somewhere else where they have some knowledge.
Sean Thibeault: Pulled up to the shop at 4:35 to get a sticker and they yelled at me to leave. One person was in front of me getting an inspection. Getting a sticker takes approximately 5-10 minutes at the most. It’s not that they couldn’t take me, they simply just didn’t feel like it. Don’t waste your time with this place.

Negin Yazdani motlagh: A few days ago, we visited this repair shop to have our car tire checked. Their customer service was excellent and outstanding. They quickly removed the nail from the tire, repaired it, and didn't even charge us any money.
Tom Salem: I made an appointment and went today for an oil & filter change and was assisted by Justin who was friendly and professional. They offer free tire rotation with the service.Within 30 minutes the service was completed. I had printed a 25% off coupon from the Pep Boys web page to reduce the cost. As I was checking out I spoke with Johnny, the assistant manager who really made me feel welcome and I definitely will return!

Malina Coleone: Had to bring my moms hoopty for some new tires and P Boys had the cheapest prices in town (although I'm sure I could've price matched at other shops) despite the fact that I missed my appt twice they still saw me at their earliest convenience and served me A+ customer service. Brought my toddler and 2 year old w/ me and to my surprise they even have a changing area here which is #1 for parents like myself. They do have self served coffees (Kreurig) you can help yourself too while waiting. Idk who I scheduled my appt w/ but he was very patient and easy going (wished i got his name) but all in all these guys are great and def won't try to hustle you for your money.

The staff were beyond nice and helpful. They cared about the service and not just trying to make a buck. Service was thorough but timely.

Michael O'Keefe: Needed a radiator replacement. Hood was still smoking two minutes after leaving the lot. Came back and the front desk guy told me to wait and let my engine cool down. It sat in their lot fixed for a whole night, waited, asked him to come back out and show me where the fans are and he started getting mad and rude. I told him I don’t want a refund or discount even though the problem isn’t fixed but someone needs to be by my car working on it. 2 guys came over and had me turn it on, off, on and finally showed me what was going on. I could have a loose wire sensor…then fix it! Ridiculous experience for almost a full grand.

Buying tires felt as easy as getting new shoes..The guys working here are very cool people.There's a comfy waiting area with free coffee, but Theres also a dunkins next door. *thumbs up*

Dropped it off the night before and they called me the next day when it was finished. No issues and threw in the alignment for free. Would use them again.

Zachary Lias: Booked an appointment for an alignment and wheel balancing. Waited 2 hours for them to tell me they couldn't align it. I asked just to do the front since they said the rear was too low even though its on stock suspension. And they said they still couldnt do it. So i essentially wasted over 2 hours of my time for nothing. Went home and eyeball aligned it myself since it seems like nowadays nobody is capable of getting any work done. And when they do get it done its usually done poorly and at top dollar. I would avoid this place run of the mill shop. Its a shame not many good shops around anymore. Better off just doing everything yourself...

Jessyca A: Give Johnny a raise, he has the patience of a saint. This place had the best deal for my 20" tires but the pep boys website is not accurate in sizing out the tires or scheduling appointments, so they had to re-order the right size for me and fit me into the schedule for the next day. Pro-tip, call to schedule, book, price out (because the website is not the most accurate), but be patient as these guys are insanely busy. I will be taking my car here from now on for any work I may need mostly in part to Johnny's helpful and genuinely kind demeanor. Competitive price points, and amazing crew; thanks again Johnny & the Pep boys Dracut crew!

They were very helpful in scheduling the appointment and told me that their online system had glitches which led to the issue mentioned below. Very thankful to them and always appreciate great customer service. Thank you guys!!Even though I had an appointment they weren’t able to service my car. Their appointment system doesn’t work so no use in using that. Called the guy earlier in the morning (before my appointment) he told me to come when it’s time for my appointment as they were busy. Showed up at the time of my appointment and they said they won’t be able to honor it. Could’ve gone anywhere but these guys bailed last minute. Very unreliable.

Aneldy B: Unable to fix cars with foam inside of it. Made an appointment and made sure I asked because I asked 2 years ago and said they could do it. Wasted my day waiting for the appointment for them to tell me they couldn’t do it.
Amanda Hanlon: I brought my car there because I thought it was leaking coolant. They looked at it and told me there was no leak and that everything under the hood was fine. They also said that I really needed my struts and brakes done. I got new struts and new brakes and paid for the parts and labor. Two weeks later, my car overheated and my engine blew because it WAS leaking coolant. Now I have to scrap the car or get a new engine. Those snakes got my money for the struts and brakes and now two weeks later the engine blew after they said it was fine.

So Jim showed it to me but they didn’t have the size tire I needed, Jim helped me by calling other places to see if they have it, unfortunately they didn’t so he had to order them for me and got me as early as possible so I can start my trip. So thanks Jim for going above and beyond. What’s even more shocking the guy was off the next day but he still call me to see if everything went fine. Now that’s some excellent service. 🙏 👏🏽 👏🏽
David Ericson: Shady business practices and full of dishonesty. Prices changes day to day. They also try to weasel their way out of honoring their warranty. There are better shops out there. Look harder.
bright inc: I went to this location for new tires and an oil change. After the tire change I hear constant noise coming from the wheels which wasn't there before. Worse of it all is when I started having issues starting my car soon after the visit. Eventually, I couldn't start my car anymore and it had to be towed into the shop. Upon investigation, it was found that there was a oil spill during the oil change and the oil has somehow gotten into the car's starter causing the car not to start. Now I have to pay over $1200 for a new starter and repairs. This all happened just because of a $65 oil change.
Kevin G: Terrible service! I went on-line to make a reservation for a certain tire and price. When I got there they couldn't find the reservation. Then of course they didn't have that tire or price. I had to pay more and instead of 2 hours it was all day. I contacted Goodyear customer service and they have never responded. I would have never went there if I would have known.
Belinda Boisson: Stay Away!!!!!! brought in car for oil change. selected the oil change I wanted online, which was the most basic one. my husband brought the car in and picked it up. when he got home and showed me the invoice, they had charged us for their most expensive oil change (husband didn't know what i had chosen) and didn't bother to rotate the tires (we had marked them), which was free with this oil change . Would be surprised if they didn't change the oil filter either. I called and they refused to refund us, and would not complete the tire rotation. After some arguing, offered us a free oil change. Why would I bring my car back there?
Joseph Rivera: Great service! Today I was met with nothing but excellent customer service. I took my Kia Sorento to the dealer and was told I needed to replace a bogus part. I paid for it and nothing changed with the vehicle when you drive it. I always felt a slight wobble. Today I took it to Goodyear, 338 Merrimack St. and they gave me just what I needed. I purchased new tires and they told me I needed an alignment on the rear. Let me tell you, I feel like I have a new car again. Feels like I am floating. Paul is a great manager and I highly recommend this place. Thank you. I will continue my business with you.

This was my first time going this place a whirl and I will say, I am definitely going back again! Esteffany Senfler: I thought I’d pass by this Good Year location for new tires, I was met with a gentleman at the front that was informing me of their prices. He gave me a quote for four tires around $600 including installation, I then asked for a quote for premium tires because that quote seemed a bit low. While giving me the new quote, I asked him a question about the tires. He replied and and essentially “dumbed it down” for me, “$799 means it’s the price for the tires” I just stared at him for a second a little taken back. He then proceed to ask me if I wanted the tires, I replied “I’m a bit turned off and no longer interested after your condescending comment regarding the price” he wished me a good day and I went on my way. I wasn’t going to write a review but decided too after thinking about other women that may go tire shopping alone to this location. Even though my personal experience was disappointing, it’s not like this everywhere. I took my business to Costco tires in Nashua and they took great care of me! Take your business and wallet where it’s valued! EDIT: For some reason Good Year’s Marketing team had some trouble understanding my issue with the experience I had yesterday. I was never concerned about the prices quoted, $800 for a set of 4 tires is a very reasonable and affordable price. My disappointment came from the way your staff member decided to speak with me as if I were an idiot. Thank you.

Beatriz Alamo: Nashua NH Location - I had rushed into the store after hitting a pothole that left my front driver side tire completely flat and was immediately welcomed by Steven (who was in the middle of assisting another customer). Once available Steven walked outside to checked on my tire. He felt the others and insisted I do the same. He pointed out that the inside of 3 other tires were completely smooth! I was shocked and worried that I wouldn’t be able to afford replacing all 4 tires, so Steven assured me he was going to get me What I NEEDED at the Best price he could possibly find. We both looked at different prices and found one that was agreeably the best option for me. Since there was no other customers waiting, Angel quickly began to work on my tires. An addition to changing the tires, Angel provided courtesy services like tightening up the plastic bumper fillers and doing an alignment, as well as informing me of my breaks (and calipers) conditions AND going through the Alignment results. Needless to say, I felt there was total transparency and great customer service. As a Female of color, I felt Safe, Heard and Valued! I will continue to get my car services with Good Year as long as Steven and Angel are available. Thanks a Million!
