A wild and crazy mixed arrangement from her 4 wild and crazy kids; sunflowers from the grandchildren and roses from dad. She NAILED IT. I felt as if each arrangement represented the family perfectly. The flower shop staff was super friendly and I appreciate that they went twice to deliver. The balloon bouquet was awesome!! However in less than 8 hours all of them were deflated sadly. They asked if there were any other flowers that weren't right. The owner made sure they were replaced and the man who delivered them on DECEMBER 24, was so nice also. I will happily use them in the future. This is the consummate definition of customer service.The flowers. and arrangement, were and still are gorgeous! Thank you!

(Wish I could attach pictures here) Called to discuss and the woman who answered the phone argued with me about why I was wrong. Not even an apology offered. DO NOT ORDER BASED ON WEBSITE!!!! Anastasia Kudsi: My grandmother ordered an arrangement for me, she is located out of state, but would be here for Christmas. The arrangement arrived the day before she did and when she arrived the arrangement was half the size she actually ordered, very deceptive. Make sure you check you get what you ordered! When we called and requested the correct arrangement it was a day before Christmas and she said she barely has anything left to make the correct one and she requested that we give the other one back. When my grandma called her she didn't even finish the conversation before hanging up on her! Very rude and deceptive to send half of what was ordered because they are low on supplies.

Sam Lynch: Ordered flowers through From You Flowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary and unfortunately they chose Viva’s…. Didn’t get the balloon I paid extra for, and the arrangement was not what I was expecting at all. Came with a total of 4 roses and about 20 daisies when the bouquet itself was supposed to be a more equal mix of both + some carnations. It’s abundantly clear that Viva’s chose to fill the vase with the cheapest flowers, and the price I paid was definitely not cheap. The flowers did make it to my door but only because I asked the front desk at my apartment complex to bring them up for me. Would never use the third party service or Viva’s ever again.

I had to call to see where they were and they said they'd deliver but never heard from them again. Until today. I can't even enjoy them. When I repeatedly asked the owner of the shop for the name, she wouldn't respond. The doordash delivery guy finally gave me the name of the shop. Very disappointing. The flowers are meh.

Mark Lonergan: I’ll never order from here again. They didn’t say someone had to be home to take the delivery. I had to call to find out why my girlfriend never got her Valentine’s flowers. I emailed to ask for a refund so it would be in writing. An hour later I got a text message confirming delivery, but nothing was outside my girlfriend’s house. Then they called her to schedule delivery for 2/15. Then they emailed me to confirm they would refund the order. Now it’s the next day, she doesn’t have flowers, and Viva never explained why they’d schedule with the recipient but then turn around and tell the purchaser the order is canceled and refunded. So much for Valentine’s Day!

Michael Ricard: Worst Valentine’s Day decision was ordering from vivas. I put in an order for two small bouquets that came out to be $132. Was in contact with the flower shop throughout the day on Valentine’s Day and they wouldn’t let me come pick up the flowers myself because they said the delivery driver already picked them up and assured me they will be dropped off by him by the end of the day on Valentine’s Day. They never came. Emailed them the next day so there’s atleast something in writing and they never answered my email. So I called them later and they had me on hold because they were looking for my flowers. I told them to email me when they found them. And never got an email at all even after they told me they would email me. Then finally one of my sets of flowers randomly showed up on Tuesday. And the roses were all dead. Still haven’t heard back from them and haven’t had any signs of the other flowers showing up. Worst flower shop ever buying from grocery stores for now on. Please don’t trust this company
Reg grover: Ordered valentine floral arrangements for my 2 daughters in Framingham, MA. Paid a combined $240. One order was delivered. One was not. Evidently Viva's is now using a 3rd party order service located in a foreign country. When I contacted customer service, I was disconnected. Called back. Placed on a lengthy hold. Finally spoke with a person with limited English. Will likely have to deal with the non delivery through my credit card company. Will never order from Viva's again. The only way to deal with these 3rd party "customer service" setups is to refuse to do so.

And they made a special effort to deliver the bouquet on time. I called a few different florists in the area and only Viva's can provide the service. I highly recommend it!

This is the second time I have had this problem. The flowers were over $120. I'm not one to write reviews, but I was really upset. We also were very worried about the weather in the week leading up to the wedding day. Penny Iannelli: Had a wonderful experience with this florist. They came to the rescue on a prom corsage!!! My son had ordered a corsage for prom from another florist, and it did not turn out. They worked with me on the spot and made me a corsage that was not only beautiful, but a good price. On a day that they had a ton of orders and other things going on, all the store employees were trying to help. I want to call out the owner and Tracy especially for help along with one of the desk workers. Will only use this florist from now on. Thank you Perro’s.

Kristi White: I called 10 days ago to order prom flowers, left a voicemail that was never returned. Drove down to the store at 12:30 pm to order in person since the dance is a week away to find the store locked but all the lights on. I stood outside and called, got the answering machine again but couldn’t leave a message due to the mailbox being full. I went home and called DeMico’s and had my order handled in under 5 minutes. I even got to select my own pickup time. I guess this place is too prosperous to accept new customers. Their loss.

Then when a family member complained on her part you had the nerve to be rude. You should have apologized, refunded her money and given her a beautiful new bouquet. I understand that businesses are having problems right now. That’s no excuse to be rude and mean to a customer who has a legitimate complaint. Shame on you. I know I’ll never buy anything from you, and my family and friends won’t either.

My aunt sent it to encourage me in my cancer treatment. My aunt is a flower nut and had many specific requests. The arrangement was just “fine”, nothing special at all. And frozen. The owner of this shop was offensive and unkind to my mom when she called to discuss what happened. He actually said “I’m done with you” and ended the call. Totally unacceptable. I’m very sorry that he did that and that I have to write this review. I would not waste money and time on purchasing anything from them again. I don’t know how they continue in business with that kind of management.

I've been using this florist for years and have always been able to count on them to deliver the most gorgeous arrangements. Michelle Phillips: The most HORRIBLE customer service I have ever experienced, I made an online choice based on the date I needed it delivered, online it looked like an orchid plant, which was fine if it was not, I just needed a nice arrangement to be delivered to an associate that had been with our company for 20 years, which they were aware of! We traded emails, I asked them to move forward with a cut flower arrangement - which by the way they only had 3 flowers to choose from and ceramic garden dish that they would never send me a picture of- then I get an email that they cancelled my order because I was said I was disappointed I was not getting the original arrangement I ordered online, after specifically telling them to move forward with a different cut flower arrangement. I asked the day the order was to be delivered why they did not move forward like I told them to the day before, they told me to go to another florist at 12:30 -she kept calling me the name of the person the flowers were being delivered to, I have never been treated so badly by any business and needless to say they could care less my order was not delivered to my associate, knowing there was no way at that time to get another ordered delivered from another florist. Horrible managed business!

Not just any occasion.She could of at least apologized. But she didn’t. She just screamed at me.If you have a special occasion, you will get better flowers at the grocery store.Don’t go here.
Julie Abril: I used Country Florist for my baby shower in October 2019 and they did a great job! The arrangements were exactly what we asked for (a mix of greens, pinks and blues), bud vases with a few larger arrangements. Their pricing was very reasonable and delivery on the day of the event was right on time. Plus, we kept some arrangements after the event and they lasted for almost two weeks!

I originally wanted black roses to fit the theme. But given the short notice, they went to Work for us. They painted the roses black & it only added to the Phantom theme! They were beautiful and fit the aesthetic perfectly!!! The kids were very happy! I highly recommend this place. Not even a Mile off route 9 in Westboro.
