Cindy D: I love bath and body works but their prices have gone up a lot. Wait for sales, especially for hand soaps which can be on sale for $3.95 or 2.99. their store is a little cluttered. Hard to push a stroller inside because they have tables everywhere, blocking your path. Don't go inside on a busy weekend or holiday with a stroller because you'll never get through the crowds. Not wheelchair friendly store due to how many tables they have and the fact that the walking path looks barely wide enough for a wheelchair. Just be aware it might be hard to maneuver inside the store when crowded. They should have straight paths to the registers, but they do not.I do recommend buy online and pickup in store. They now offer free item rewards if you shop there a lot or buy lots of stuff at one time.

Hien Nguyen: I came back to the store today for 2nd time and had a bad experience at check out. The cashier person Carly never had a smile on her face since we arrived to her cashier spot. I did not want the reward account with them because of her attitude. Then I went ahead and paid for my goods, swiped card got approved on the screen but then the receipt never got printed out. She then said the system got freezing and did not go through from her side. I had no internet connection while I was in the store and she would not want us to go without swiping the card one more time. I did wipe again and it went through this time with printed receipt. I walked out the store and was finally able to go to my bank account and found out that they did charge me twice. I borrowed her a pen and wrote down the note about this just in case I have to call my bank later to dispute 1 of the 2 transaction if they both went through and I wrote down her name too and she got mad that I did not ask her first about her name which is so obvious since she was wearing a big name tag. BTW now I have to call my bank later to dispute 1 transaction and had such a bad experience with bath and body work. I won't go back to this chain again for sure.

Lee Hendrekian: We arrived at this store just after the mall opened. Maybe thirty minutes after opening. Anyway, this store was already bustling with customers. Maybe everyone had the same idea. Get their first thing on Saturday to escape the crowds. In any event, there was only one employee on register. When I got in line, there were five or six people in front of me with armfuls of candles, soap, plug ins, etc., and I thought for sure I'd be waiting for a good while. Turns out, that one employee, Rose, was a well oiled machine and was faster then two employees in other stores. And, she was incredibly pleasant the whole time. If not already, she should be made a manager asap. As to the store, well laid out and great inventory. One of this chain's better locations for certain. The attached White Barn is a big plus as well.

Dan: This place has a lot 9f cool bathbombs, the reason I came here is because my mom and sister have sensitive skin but want to use bathbombs and this place sells them. I think they have really cool looking ones here and I can't wait to try them. The people that work here were very helpful in showing me what I was looking for, I do wish they had some different kinds/interesting ones. I have seen ones called the last bathbomb and it is a toaster which is just so funny. It would be nice to see ones that are kinda like that.

Unfortunately the foundation brush, concealer and bronzer that had been out of stock on my first visit, were still out of stock. They had a plethora of staff working, but I know this is an inventory issue. So whoever is ordering inventory, is not ordering products they are sold out of. Needless to say, I will never be going back and I will be recommending everyone to try Ulta in shopper's world or buy products at Macy's in the Naitck Mall. I went in looking for all new products and I had to ask three people before someone actually helped me and didn’t just point and say random words. Also in regards to fellow commenters, I don’t think their staff is constantly at your side — I believe that they are all filling their roles as they should (their was staff in each section of the store) which makes sense as there is a lot of product. Courtney couldn't have been better; she was incredibly helpful, color-matching me, helping me find a sample of something I wanted to try, checking the back inventory for something that said out of stock, but she was also incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I hope Sephora does everything they can to keep her as an employee, I will continue coming into the store just to see her, instead of my usual online ordering!

When my loved one was recently diagnosed with diabetes, Mark went out of his way to help navigate us through the confusing labyrinth of information about medications.Although it's a chain store, the kind staff members make this feel like a mom & pop pharmacy.

Michele Lynne Holmboe Lewis: I have always had great service with the store employees. I had a particularly bad day recently and an employee, P.J., went above and beyond to assist me. For a young man, he knows his Customer Service! He didn't get at all flustered, knew to take the customers while I was waiting (mine was going to be a while and not due to Walgreens). I've seen employees at other stores freeze when a customer has an issue and be afraid to acknowledge those in line behind them, "I'll be with you in a just a moment". Even though I was in the photo area he worked at both the front and the photo area moving easily with confidence and ease. I've been meaning to call his manager, this was weeks ago! I'll shall send a card, if that's possible .P.J. is definitely an outstanding employee! I also really enjoy the older man who works as a cashier in the front. Always very genuinely friendly. Thank you very much! We're always quick to complain but it should always be noted when an employee stands out and shines .

Panda Mandi: I had a horrible experience with a pharmacist at this location (well one experience that was horrible, many other experiences with her that were unpleasant/unacceptable, but I was able to brush off) The woman saw the medication I am prescribed, very obviously judged me ignorantly, then treated me less than humanely. She has done this every time. Constantly making it unbelievably difficult if not impossible to fill medications here when she is working. She came up with about 6/7 different excuses as to why she couldn't possibly fill my medication (mind you it had already been partially filled, I was just trying to pick up the remainder bc my insurance finally kicked in) Each time she gave me her reason, I explained to her that her reason was incorrect in my situation and proved all of the reasons she said she couldn't fill it to be untrue. She was clearly unaware I am a medical professional and know the Massachusetts laws about medications. She was being condescending and at one point just laughing in my face because I had caught her in a lie, one second she stated one thing - when I said well thank god that doesn't apply to my script because etc etc, she changed her wording to make it apply to my script. When I said you just read it the first time while talking to me then changed what you read to fit my situation, so you're literally lying. Thats when apparently she found it very funny and laughed AT ME. I didn't find any part of the situation amusing. She clearly got enjoyment out of "messing with me" Prior to finally getting off the phone realizing this woman has her own internal issues, and it's not me, her excuse was the ever so popular these days pharmacist phrase "I can choose to refuse to fill any prescription I want." This may generally be true, however you cannot DISCRIMINATE and make up your own rules about why you "can't" or wont fill someone's medication. It doesn't quite work that way. I WILL be speaking to corporate about the situation to hopefully prevent other patients from having to deal with this in the future. And this was just ONE of many many horrible experiences with this woman. I do want to state that all of that aside, they do have some helpful staff that you can see care about the patients. Mark the pharmacist has ALWAYS been helpful, understanding, and will help you figure out your situation. If he tells me he is unable to fill something due to XYZ, I trust him and do not question him bc I know he cares about his job and the patients well being. I am thankful for all of his help, but am sad to say I have switched from Walgreens pharmacies and will have all of my family members doing so. I do not want my poor grandmother dealing with this woman or anyone like her. She would be devastated, I wont take the chance. It is too bad, I have been a loyal patient for about 15 years and am at Walgreens almost every other day or so.

Tyler Wills: They had Hand Sanitizer for 50 % percent off, I stocked up on the pocketbook ( mini Sanitzer ) they were regular price at $1.95 and the promo, for the day was 50% percent off which made them a grand total of 98 cents each, no lines, which was a little strange 😳. Typically they usually have a limit of 20 - 25 per person, I thought personally that was insane amount for someone to have . The staff & workers were very pleasant & answered my questions and attentive! Got what I needed. This is a beautiful mall, it's so sad 😞 to see our malls in N. England to die , I'd love going to Outlets & Malls, it's not always the same to order all things on- line , I like to feel, touch , see the iteem , smell texture or try on the item. They didn't have a huge variety of hand sanitizers in general, but I did get some. Honestly this visit they other day "7-20-22 "was absolutely pain- ful the lady's who worked here were spraying into the air The The new fragrance mist around the store, my friend has serious Asma / breathing problems, and I stuff from. Is chronic a dominal migraine & headaches , between the horrible smells, floating around the store and the music blaring it was extremely unpleasant experience.

I stock up on airfreshners, hand sanitizers, body lotion etc. My favorites are fairy tale, thousand wishes, butterfly ( new ), cherry blossom, french getaway, gingham love( newly recommended n i love it) the others are my go to favorites. When lucky you may catch a sale. I run out so couldn't wait for a sale. But got buy 3 get 1 free. ( the free is usually the lesser value, keep that in mind lol). I highly recommend. Richard Couture: We have recently made Walgreens on Main St, Hudson our pharmacy. I was reading the reviews from several months ago and was shocked at the negativity, maybe because they were referring to the old Walgreens near Stop and Shop?. I found this pharmacy to be efficient and friendly. Crystal who works in the pharmacy is an asset to Walgreens. Crystal has always been very friendly, efficient and has resolved several insurance issues we have had. This is our go to place for our pharmacy.

I've now learned that this location will close unexpectedly due to staff shortages with no notices to customers.Worst part, I learned that the location will accept Rxs for patients being discharged from the hospital even when they are closed!II have never had a good experience at this pharmacy. They are continually understaffed, and their computer systems crash all the time.I'm moving my family's prescriptions ASAP. You can't trust something that important to such a poorly-run company.(The people who work there manage to remain friendly.)

Extra Bean: Someone in the pharmacy department here was extremely rude to me on the phone. She kept saying the same thing over and over which didn't answer the question I was trying to ask, and each time I tried to ask it again a different way so that she could understand, she wasn't even listening to me anymore, because she was so sure she had already answered what I was asking, so she never realized that I was asking a different question than she kept answering. Eventually, when I asked (very politely) to speak to someone else, she hung up on me. Incredibly unhelpful and disrespectful.

Mr. and Mrs. A and B: I went in there over the weekend to have a passport photo taken. There were two young girls with long brown hair helping me and they were amazing. They were so nice and they got it done so quickly!

Lisa Pavone: This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever used. We had no choice as CVS didn't accept our insurance. They are constantly "temporarily" closed when u go to pick up prescriptions. Or it takes them WEEKS to fill one RX.. some people can't come off of certain meds due to health reasons. And they have messed up a few times where my health was effected. Awful!! Just awful excuse for a pharmacy

Ashley Lindsey: After reading reviews I was a little worried about visiting this Walgreens once a month for my son's medication. After a few visits I can confidently say this pharmacy and the workers are just fine! They have always been nice to me and I can tell they are dealing with short staffing. With all that said I have never waited very long for medication

Emily Giorgio: I showed up to pick up my prescriptions and she said she had the medication but she hadn’t filled the bottle yet. How long does it take? Especially considering I was standing right there waiting for it, and I was the only customer in line, she could have filled it within two minutes and I would have been out the door. She said she could have it ready the following day, but it still says “in progress” in the Walgreens app. Now I tried to pay ahead of time for the medication through the app, but I’m not even sure it went through. I said I could come back another day to pick up the medication, so I came back and the store is CLOSED early due to “Internet issues.” Yeah, right. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. I might just switch to CVS, which I don’t want to do, but if I have to to get my prescriptions that I NEED to function, I might as well. Walgreens corporate needs to fix what’s going on at this store. It’s truly frustrating having to deal with this.

J No: Brought my son in for his booster. 1pm appointment means nothing. Waited 45 minutes. Seeing all these comments re pharmacy I get it now. Go somewhere else.

Paul Nalepa: This must be the WORST Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever tried to get prescriptions at. First I called and after 2 hours of being on hold as a second and the first in line, I got disconnected. After a day of getting a message that my prescription is delayed, there was no follow up so that’s why I called to check if I should move it to a different pharmacy as it was a common medication… no luck getting through. I called 2 hours before their lunch break…

Joel Sharin: I just spent 25 minutes on hold with the pharmacy only to be hung up on. After a call back and another 10 minutes of waiting, someone answered and was very terse, abrupt, and made me feel bad for calling.

Emily Michelle: This pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. They're extremely slow filling prescriptions and good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. I'm talking an hour on hold to have them answer and it hangs up. Customer service is not there. I will be changing because this is ridiculous to have a pharmacy care so little about people's health.

Sheila P: This was the slowest pharmacy I have ever been too. Waited 20 minutes, was only behind 3 other people. No one was at the register for at least 7 minutes. This was my first and last time here.

Ramy G: Avoid this place… painfully slow and appointment times don’t seem to matter.. Expect to wait a minimum of 45 minutes or more even if you have an appointment and even if you are during a not so busy day and time…. Find a different Walgreens.

Rick Pastore: Just a warning for folks dependent on timely and proper filling of prescriptions. The pharmacy at Walgreens on Boston Post Road East has degraded alarmingly in its management, in my experience since the summer. It recently miss-filled my prescription, delayed it, failed to follow-up with me on an insurance rejection of another prescription, stopped all automated update calls without my authorization, and have left me on telephone hold for long periods, after which they disconnect the line. I have sympathy for understaffing, but this is people's health at stake. And I don't encounter the same poor treatment and conditions at the Granger Blvd Walgreens.

Maria Rabidou: This pharmacy is the worst. Closed for 4 days in a row and this isn’t the first time. I couldn’t get my medication that I need and have to take or I get withdrawals. Now I am here and the medication is not ready and for some reason they need to call the insurance. I have been taking this medication for about 5-7 years with no problem. I guess when it rains it pours. This place is the worst. I will be changing to CVS that I despise but it’s better than here.

T Volianites: This place famous for not having things ready and not having full scripts. Save hassle ,go elsewhere! When did t have 2 full scripts after they called to say ready, when I went back, they said that they didn't have it and that it was they had they couldn't build the insurance but they had already built the insurance but they didn't have my full script so be careful with them I have people in front of me and they got 20 out of 180 pills so this is a common thing with them

JLynn: The Asian pharmacist has a real bad attitude. I inquired why I received an email stating that my prescription can be filled on a certain day, and wanted to confirm that that email was correct. The email was not correct and she gave me an attitude like I was trying to get it filled early and all the stigma that comes with that! I didn't request that email. It got sent to me from the pharmacist at your Walgreens!!!! Don't send emails out like that if it's not true and don't give me attitude like I'm doing something wrong & I'm wasting your time

Ashley Hart: Scheduled a Covid test due to exposure/symptoms, show up and give them the confirmation number, date of birth, insurance card, they claim I have no appointment and they won’t help or give the test. It’s like they want people to catch Covid.

Jason Rennie: Pharmacy has been closing VERY early! Can’t pick up important antibiotics before the prematurely close for the night before I get out of work!

Fast checkout & the Pharmacy is very helpful & on time with orders filled. It's a great one stop store for most every day items. They are always well stocked & you can find lot's of bargain items as well as one dollar items. I enjoy my trips here. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Mary Flanagan: Visited on a Sunday afternoon around 3pm. 7 customers lined up to a single register upon my arrival. I asked an employee for help with lip gloss, he misdirected me to high end lipstick. By the time I was at checkout, 6 people ahead of me in line. One cashier, two other staff standing around near register. I asked one of them if they could open another register. She said that only 1 register was working in the store. Meanwhile, the 3 staff members continued their conversation while just one of them ran the register. I wish I could report their names, but all wore a gray shirt and none of the 3 had name tags. Never again will I visit this location. Low quality service compared to the locations I visit in Framingham.

Dan L: Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I have never been delayed so frequently with medications than I have been after filling prescriptions here. MONTH AFTER MONTH it is the same excuse "oh there's a delay because we're working it out with insurance." MONTH AFTER MONTH prescriptions get delayed. Do yourselves a favor and fill your prescription at CVS in Target right down the road.

Marcia Kopp: I have been using this particular store since they came to Marlborough. People there are professional, polite and friendly. I get all my prescriptions filled there. Always ready when they say it will be. I feel like they know and treat me like a member of their group.
